Brought my son in after school with a fever and sore throat. It was a little busier than usual, but managed to get in with reasonably time. Our nurse was thorough and helpful! Thank you

Friendly and helpful personnel.  I had to fill out new paperwork and the receptionist came out from behind her desk to assist with the iPad.  Dr. Amy is amazing.  She asks questions that gets to the exact problem.  Amazing group of folks.  I would definitely recommend this provider.

I walked in and got sign in . Front desk was super sweet and the nurse was amazing. I was in and out 30 minutes and that’s with filling out the paperwork

I booked an appointment online the night before.On the next day I arrived to my appointment.From check in to check out everyone is caring.The nurse and nurse practitioner is amazing every time I go.The nurse practitioner is so knowledgeable ,caring and concerned by taking time to listen so she can provide the best treatment plan for your visit.

I didn’t have an appointment but they were gracious to work me in. The staff were extremely kind, considerate and very professional. They insured that I understood the diagnosis and the recommendations of recovery. I would definitely recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment online and submitted all required documents in advance, which was a convenient process. My daughter and I arrived 10 minutes early, and the receptionist was professional and courteous. While the facility was undergoing renovations, it was clean and organized. However, I do wish the TV had been on to help create a more comfortable atmosphere in the otherwise quiet waiting room. Despite having an appointment, we waited an hour before being seen. When we finally met with the nurse, I was disappointed by her demeanor. She was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and made inappropriate comments that suggested dissatisfaction with her job. Her attitude negatively impacted our experience and made me feel as if our time was wasted. The situation improved when we were seen by the physician assistant (PA), who was professional, attentive, and provided excellent care for my daughter. Although they were out of flu tests, the PA did her best to address my daughter’s needs and prescribed medication appropriately. Overall, the receptionist and PA were outstanding, but the nurse’s behavior was unacceptable and left a lasting negative impression. I hope the facility addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for future patients.

The nurse practitioner was more worried about getting me gone rather than diagnosing me. They did Covid and strep test but not flu. When I asked if I could be contagious she said Well we didn’t do a flu test and you feel bad so WEAR A MASK. I never leave reviews but this was ridiculous
