Arrived with cough and runny nose. Was checked for covid and flu. Negative

Very good patient care from doctor and staff in I didn’t have to sit long very satisfied.

I want the result send to me, where can i get it? Like i email the support team but they dont repply

I was the first patient of the day. Was booked in immediately. Was called back immediately. Was seen by nurse practitioner immediately and given basic exam (listening to chest, palpitating abdomen). Was taken for x rays. Taken back to room. After about 30 minutes, nurse practictioner comes in, tells me x rays need to be retaken and I need bloodwork. But it will be a while because they have only one tech. After another hour, I gave up. Went to the front desk. Asked to rebook because I had to go back to work. Was told to come back tomorrow. As I left, there had to be at least 30 people in the waiting room. One tech is obviously not enough, not even close. Everyone was very nice, but three hours is too long to be there, and I left with no x rays, no blood work, and no hope of a diagnosis. I will not be back.

Told my husband he had a strained muscle in his back and tried to give him muscle relaxers I told him to leave and go to er where he was diagnosed with pleurisy

Staff was very professional and caring to patient's concerns. Each staff member listened attentively. All staff contact was pleasant and addressed patient concerns in a timely and thoural manner. Provider explained findings and needed interventions.

I woke up this morning and fractured my toe i went to the urgent care to see what was wrong the nurse practitioner came in didn’t introduce herself or anything she just told me to take my shoe off then she ordered the wrong xray, she then took the fact that she ordered the wrong xray out on her tech and cussed her out saying “if i put in a order for medicine and realize i don’t need that medicine i put in another goddamn order use your fucking brain” she made the tech cry who is pregnant btw (she is 3 months i asked which means she can’t be a tech next month because of radiation) all in all it was very unprofessional and not a fun experience.

Awful experience AGAIN! Will NOT be back!! They just automatically want to send you to the ER

Great! I walked I and there were 3people wait before me. They were called each back quickly and and so was I. I will never go back to your Saraland office.  This branch is not extremely efficient, professional and the staff is very kind and patient. So in the future, I’ll drive to further to this urgent care center.
