Great! I walked I and there were 3people wait before me. They were called each back quickly and and so was I. I will never go back to your Saraland office.  This branch is not extremely efficient, professional and the staff is very kind and patient. So in the future, I’ll drive to further to this urgent care center.

Went in with an ear ache and no voice. Nurse did swab for Covid, flu, and strep nurse practitioner came in and said I had Covid. I left there and did two other test with the same exact test used at the facility and the test were negative. They were ran by nurses as well. I went back to the facility to talk to them about it and the nurse was very defensive and would not give me another test even though I showed her the two negative tests that I just received. This is not good because I’m staying with a family member at a hospital and I was unable to go back due to the fact that I had a Covid diagnosis. I had to get another doctor to retest me so that I could go back. Test was negative so your facility let me walk out of there with a false positive and would not retest. I am not happy. Retested again today still negative.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit! The entire team was incredibly supportive and attentive. The nurse radiated friendliness, and the doctor was genuinely kind, making me feel valued rather than just another patient. This was my second visit, and I truly appreciate the care I received. If the need arises, I will definitely return to this exceptional emergency care facility!

I arrived and checked in as requested. I waited for an hour and was skipped by people that came in after me. When I asked how much longer, I was told “Whoops. Our bad.” I asked if I could just pay the damn co-pay and they give me a work excuse. They said I had to be seen. Now 45 minutes later, I have had only my vitals taken. I’m sure my BP was elevated after dealing with this level of ineptitude. Took a total of 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Front desk : very nice, kind, took way too long to get checked in especially since it was all completed online prior to getting there. We waited 30 minutes and there was only 1 other person in the lobby.  Triage : Very kind.  Nurse Practitioner: Seemed fine at the beginning. She did not have a computer with her. She did not have a pen and paper. She wrote nothing down that we discussed in that room. I told her a few VERY specific things because my kid is VERY specific when it comes to medication. No Liquid, no pills that have to be chewed then swallowed but that he COULD swallow a pill, preferably anything with a gel coating. I also said that I did not want him COVID tested. I never told her that she couldn’t test for Pertussis. She “assumed”because I said I did not want a nose swab for Covid testing that I didn’t want a nose swab at all but I did not say that. But even if I did say that, why could the swab not be done through the throat? I was under the assumption that we were going to Festival Center for chest X-rays and the swab testing or I would have said something before we left.  Festival Center  Front desk : kind, knew who we were and we were admitted within 5 minutes.  After the chest X-rays, we were sent to an exam room to await the results of the chest X-ray. We waited there 45 minutes before I go asked what the status was of the X-ray.  I was then informed that they could just call me with the results. So we waited 45 minutes for nothing.  Nurse Practitioner:  She calls with the X-ray results. We speak over the phone about the medication and she contradicts and argues with everything that I told her about the medication and its form. She interrupts me while I’m trying to explain and says, “Are you going to let me talk?” I replied to her that I was part of this conversation too, and that she just interrupted me. She was very rude and very hostile.  I called back to ask if what he had was contagious and if she had called him in some albuterol. She then proceeded to argue that I said he couldn’t have albuterol. I said that is not what I said. I said he does not do rescue inhalers and that he only does it in nebulizer form with a mask. She asks me if albuterol/steroids are ok and I said yes. Then she proceeds to tell me that I need to explain things better. I said no. You need to start writing things down and she hung up on me.   I know what I said about the swabs and I know what I said about the medication. Now we are left with no official diagnosis because neither clinic did a swab. She should be writing everything that is coming out the patient or parent's mouth.  It should not be coming from her memory. If we do return to AFC, we will not be following up with her. And now after telling me that she was going to call in the albuterol/steroids. She did not do so. Now, apparently it’s not medically necessary.
