Myself, son and husband came into the office because of flu like symptoms. The front desk staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The nurses and nurse practitioner were great. Friendly and attentive.

I scheduled ahead of time, but I still waited over two hours to be seen. All the staff was friendly though

I booked my appt easy peasy. My first time visiting was wonderful. So fast, I was impressed. Today, when I arrived 10 minutes early, I was excited to see only 3 people waiting. However, on the hour mark of waiting, I asked the front desk representative how much longer it would take. She informed me that it could still take some time. I decided to leave and come back later that day. Fast forward a few hours later…the young blonde lady who brought me back seemed distracted and rushed through the whole process. The nurse practitioner who saw me spent 2 minutes in the room. The only genuinely kind person that I encountered was at the end of the appointment. The nurse who took swabbed me and offered me a heater. I most likely will not be using this office again bc of the unpleasant experience.

From the welcoming & helpful front staff ( that's you Lucy!) to the knowledgable medical staff who are empathetic, efficient & caring. This clinic is top notch! So grateful to have this quality clinic close!

Helped me out as I left my main medicine at home 5hours away

I was running a temperature the night before with chills coughing was feeling really bad. So decided to come to the urgent care doctor joiner saw me and gave me a steroid shot I am much better today thank you for your service

Visit was quick and very easy to get information entered. The staff was very helpful and listened to my ailment and was very helpful in diagnosing the problem. This is the only urgent care that I trust in going to that I know the staff actually care about their visitors.

Was seen to eval. Cough and I stated that I felt like I was wheezing. No tests were run..I was not prescribed antibiotics because I “may not need them”. I have pneumonia that was diagnosed in the ER today and from the X-ray, I had the pneumonia when I visited your office.  I find it very hard to believe that nothing was heard when my lungs were listened to, which was the only thing the NP actually did. I get that antibiotics are over prescribed and that goes into play when deciding what warrants them as treatment, but over all feel like it was a waste of time and money to visit this office for the lack of any real exam. I would have been on the appropriate treatment days ago had I chosen a different provider.

Hurt my foot(that I previously fractured in 2023) went in. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. Beside manner was great. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Kyle was very sweet. He called after I left to update me on X-ray that was sent to radiologist. 10/10 .
