I had a uti.  I scheduled an appointment on my phone.  I uploaded my insurance card and my id with ease.  I forgot to fill out the paperwork on my lunch break so filled it out in the parking lot at AFC.  I checked in when I got there and my wait time was little to none.  I was in and out in less than an hour.  I was so impressed.  Thank you for the positive changes you guys have made.  The my nurse and CNA were very friendly and they seemed to care about my health.  This is another plus.  Again thank you!!!😊

I visited AFC as a walk-in patient today to see the doctor. As I entered the facility I was greeted by the front desk assistant who was very helpful and assisted me in completing the forms for my visit. After completing the forms I was taking back to the examine room by the medical assistant who also was very helpful in obtaining my vital signs. After she finished her task Dr Bernard Hale, physician entered the room after knocking on the door. Dr Hale ask me about my reason for the visit and I told him about the issue with my leg. He was very patient and concerned about my issues. He took time out to examine me and let me know what was going on.. I had to get an X-ray and the X-ray technician was very friendly and helpful in assisting me with help in getting on the table for the X-ray. Overall, Dr Hale and the entire staff was very helpful and friendly in accommodating me with my visit at AFC. I am very pleased to have visited your facility. A special thanks to your wonderful staff. Keep up  the good work! I am willing to recommend this provider.
