I arrived approximately 8:00 a.m. and I left two and a half hours later with a prescription to treat a symptoms. Upon request I supplied AFC with the name and location of the pharmacy I use. Why did AFC ask for this information if they wasn't going to call the prescription in. Tests were ordered and the results were to return in 2 days. The morning of day three I called the office looking for the results. The results had returned and I could come pick them up. I wonder had I not called, when would I have been notified? The test results failed to indicate the cause of the illness I was experiencing. With that said, check-in has improved. The staff, super friendly smiling introducing themselves. The clinic was clean. But the service is what has become the norm you can expect in this profession. It's about the numbers. I walked out two and a half hours later with the same amount of knowledge of my illness as I walked in, minus the copay.

New to Montgomery area and found it difficult to find a primary care physician.  An issue arose yesterday that I was concerned with and select your facility due to its proximity to my home.  Suprised at the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff, especially Debra.  She was kind and assisted me with signing up and preparing forms.  The attending PA was patient, professional and took care of my concerns.  Great staff overall.  Would recommend provider to family and friends.

My toddler eye is swollen/ red/ dripping yellow mucus. There was no referral to the Allergist Doctor even though I asked for it several times. My son went there in pain and left with pain! They didn’t even give him any Benedryll while he was there. Going to the Doctor office is a waste of time, we will never go back, no matter what!!

I was directed to this location due to workman's comp. I guess because I didn't have a appointment i was a walk in I was the last person seen, kinda felt that they had forgotten about me.

The staff asked me what pain level was I on, I said 8/10. When I was at the pharmacy, I was reading the paperwork, and it said 6/10. I felt like as if they didn’t want me to get any strong meds for my neck injury.

Once checked in was called in less than 20 minutes. I was very worried and concerned about my lower back and side. The Dr. listened to all my concerns and gave me all the necessary test.. I don't have any insurance and for non emergency visit this is my go to. Even with insurance is one the best places to receive medical care. I'm so thankful for their services.
