The staff and doctor is very professional,friendly and helpful.

I was very sick, could barely stand, it took a while to call me up for copay, but instead of copay, she said insurance was inactive, by the time I got off phone with insurance co, everyone but 2 people had already gone back. The wait time was the turn off.

The nurse practitioner Ryan Moore was absolutely horrible. When I explained to him how I was feeling and that my primary care physician told me to stop taking the meds and vaccines because of side effects/allergic reactions, he basically said those aren’t side effects of the vaccine and I and my doctor is lying. When I told him he was absolutely wrong and tried to show him my paperwork from the doctor and questioned why was he treating me that way, he told me I am Dismissed and need to leave. The staff kept skipping over me and blamed it on the system and also said that they took me off the schedule and had to place me back in the system. Went to another office and found out that’s not true.

The service was prompt, but not rushed.  The staff was courteous and explained each task before performing it and made sure I understood.  I felt very comfortable during my entire visit!

The office was very clean, quiet, & plenty of open space. The staff was very kind & mannerable. While I do understand not wanting bad bacteria to manifest/spread, the examine room was frigid. However, the hallways & main lobby were warm. Overall, I do like the location & experience here was good (which might seem to the contrary as a reason people usually go see the doctor is they aren't feeling well lol).

Been having breathing difficulties during sleep. Went to the doctor and he basically sent me home with no explanation on what was wrong with me. Told me I should add a mattress protector to my mattress and that should fix the problem. Even though my mattress already have a mattress protector. Would not recommend this provider!

Ok..Patient basically registers themselves. Did not wait hours. My nurse,/tech who obtained my specimens was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!

Their always so slow. It doesn't matter what time of the day you go be prepared to stay over 2 hours
