Woke up with sore throat. I walked in at 9:24a and didn’t get out till noon. Wait time was longer than I expected. But that was my first b appointment. Maybe better next time I will schedule an appointment.

Much more positive experience with this location than others around town.

The staff was great. Very friendly and polite. The wait time was as a bit long but there was about 6 people ahead of me.

I questioned who’s allowed to give injections to patients and staff not wearing ID Badges

I would expect at least two providers to be scheduled considering this is respiratory season, not including all the other services provided within this facility. The wait time definitely can be improved. I waited two hours up front and another hour in the back. I requested the iPad to check in not knowing you still have to complete the paperwork on your phone as I prefer larger screens for matters as these. I think wait times should definitely be at the forefront of quality improvement. Customer service training can applied to most disciplines.

The staff was excellent. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with registering. NP Juanita Hester was very friendly and explained everything ie; her findings after her examination, the type of medication being prescribed how to take them. Her bedside manner was excellent also. Any doctors office would be glad to have her on staff

I’ve already written a review, so I won’t repeat it. I was pleased with everything…clean office, friendly and helpful staff, competent and caring NP. My problem was handled perfectly. My only concern was s long wait time (1 and a half hrs), but that really wasn’t their fault as there were some crying babies there who needed to be seen first. All in all, I think it is an excellent practice and I would go back again.  I definitely would recommend this provider!

My daughter has been feeling bad for the past couple of days so I decided to bring her to American Family Care to be seen. The staff was very friendly and caring. The wait time was a bit long but hey it’s flu season so I totally understand. Would recommend.

Every one was very nice was nice,the Np took my C/o serious I appreciatedthat sooo much!!

I sit in the exam room over an hour after taking a covid test..almost two hours after arriving I was told I would have an prescription for antibiotics at my pharmacy...nothing else other than that.
