Scheduling was super easy on the app, but the wait time in the office was crazy. The front receptionist was nice. The office and restroom was clean. The NP was not very caring. I requested an antibiotic shot, but she would not give me one.

My daughter woke up with a swollen eye and cracked lips around 7am. I gave her allergy medicine and sent her to school, when I picked her up at 245pm, her eyes were just watery, they then started back getting puffy, idk if it was something she ate or not, but I took her to AFC on Atlanta Hwy and Hillside, no one was there when I walked in to sign her in, it was quick and easy. The receptionist was very helpful, the MA was great as well with my daughter. The provider that was on duty was amazing, he came in and got us taken care of and we were out within 45mins. This is the only location my household attends.

Arrived 20 early for appointment after making the appointment online. Appeared 3 people in front of me. 3 hrs later I left. I feel way too long to get seen, with so few ahead of me.

Everyone was very friendly, check in was easy. All the staff was efficient and made it a good experience!!    😊

They were moving like there were no patients. We waited three hours. We were not seen. We left because we were hungry at that point and the room was filling up, but none of us are making it to the back.

I understand this is a bad time of year for colds and flu, but to have one doctor on duty to tend to a room full of sick people is inexcusable. I used your app to do my check-in hoping that would save some time. LOL! According to your app, there were only three people ahead of me and two walk-ins. Didn't sound too bad, but two hours later, I gave up and cancelled. Your receptionist is none too friendly either. You can change my rating to a 3.

Dr Tinglen was very thorough and handled my problem with care. Tested positive for the flu and medication he prescribed was perfect.

Woke up with sore back and couldn’t sleep or walk. But they treated me with such loving kindness and compassion.

I went to the facility this morning and was told by a RUDE red/burgundy hair female staff member sitting at the front desk, there were more than 15 people ahead of me. I decided to leave!  Once I returned home, I went online and scheduled a 5:00 pm appointment for the same day. I spent almost 6 hours waiting to be seen! RIDICULOUS! HIRE STAFF!!
