Sat patiently for 4hours with no apology. This location needs help badly.

Friendly staff but wait time is insulting. 5 hours total time.

McMillan was really great! He listened attentively and addressed every concern I had. I would highly recommend

I walked in at 12:59pm and didn’t get to leave until 6:20pm, and all I needed was bloodwork. I asked why I had to wait so long. They said it was because they only had one provider. I asked if there was a day with 2 providers. There was only one day the following week. They made it sound like it was actually normal to wait that long.

Did Checkin on line. Arrived At appointed time. 45 min wait. It was loud. TV blaring. Other Patients talking on their phone, to each other or scroll the internet with sound. This is a place for sick people. Not a party place.  I personally want a quiet environment. Suggestions, no tv and signs stating being respectful of other patients.   Once I was put in a room, I waited 2 hours before a Dr came in to see me.  Personally, I just needed an antibiotic, but I was in a lot of pain.  So, it was ridiculous to have to wait for that length of time.

Staff was all nice. I just don’t understand why if they open at 8:00, they don’t see patients before 8:30, especially since I had a fever, obvious chills, and looked like death.

Got up with lower back pain, Dr Mc Mc McMillan listed to my complaint and give what I need to feel better. The staff was very friendly and I was in and out in about hour. Thanks AFC

The X-ray room was not up to expectations. The floor was mediocre, did not smell any recent sanitization. Put the X-ray equipment itself. For example, the table itself was clean, but the equipment nailing it down to the floor was dirty, dusty and very unsavory, looking all that also needs to be cleaned once in a Blue Moon. I am a former X-ray tech from the VA, and I also used to work at the same clinic when it was Primed back in 2007-2009.

Came here a few days ago about jaw pains doctor gave me meds that didn't do nothing for my tooth so I'm back now he's very nasty about it I'm telling him that the meds didn't work they only irritated me he didn't want to give me anything stronger for the infection in my jaw I will never visit this location again my insurance covers my visit why is it a problem for me coming here if I'm in pain their job is to help the situation you don't know my situation maybe I don't have the money right now to get my tooth pull from now on I'm going to my regular doctor

Circus not a care place.. Need to be shut down. I was there 12pm didnt leave until 538pm. They forgot about me in the room. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!
