It was very aggravating for me to schedule and check in via computer while I was sick. I do not have someone to assist me and that was the worse feeling trying to focus (while sick) on lining up my id and insurance card just right to take a picture. Along with trying to figure out what question I didn't answer correctly to continue to the next page. The staff was wonderful, the facility very clean ( only thing missing was the smell of bleach) and I didn't have to wait long. I didn't like having to deal with AI to make the appointment.

Morgan was very professional and easy to talk to. I barely heard the doctor say his name but he had good bedside manner. Thank you for taking care of me.

Stepped on a rusty nail and needed tetanus shot.  They were having a very busy day.  The wait was a little long, but the staff was proactive in letting me know the wait may be longer than usual.  They checked in and updated me several times regarding wait time.  They were very professional and I appreciated that they were informative versus sitting and wondering if/when I would be seen.

I was a walk in and the care was great but,the wait time was long.

This was a terrible experience for $75. They sent my prescription to a closed pharmacy and didn’t even want to take 5 minutes to correct it. They tried to send it to another closed pharmacy and without giving me a minute to verify if it was open they printed my prescription and closed their building. I am not sure how you justify treating sick people like that when they have just paid a ridiculous amount of money to get well.

It was very easy to schedule a same day appointment with the doctor. The office staff were very helpful and informed me I could schedule and do my paperwork ahead online. My son was able to get his sports physical done easily and quickly. The doctor was also very kind and professional.

Scheduling was great and easy. I tried around lunchtime and was able to schedule an appointment the same afternoon with no problem.
