Had an appointment a 8:12 AM to get 3 prescriptions refilled. I arrived at 8:00 AM yet it took 1 1/2 hrs to get the refills. My regular doctor was not there, but I did get a lecture from the substitute doctor because he did not like the medications I was taking. Until now I have never had a bad visit but I'm not too happy with this one.

Fraudulent billing practices, check BBB. They are listed as an urgent care center, but bill urgent care visits as office visits which are typically rejected by insurance if it's not the PCP. My insurance even went as far as to call the billing department and tell them how to properly code it so the insurance could pay, but rather than do this, they sent it to collections. Check the BBB for the chain, you'll see A TON of fraud and other shady practices.
