Don’t use solv to schedule your appointment. It doesn’t connect with the office so they didn’t have my appointment there or any of the paperwork I filled out online. Was pretty frustrating.

I think this place is great. I just think the website is very misleading! I made appointment for 4 {returning patient) and when i got there the girl said the appointment times were times for Pre registration only!! so i sat there for 45 mins when i felt so sick. I dont think that is fair. I even tried to call the office before i made the appointment and there was no answer.

I use to love this place !! Today my boat was awful and I will sadly NEVER return!! When you walk in there is a bird poop in the entrance , flies in the waiting room and you can see it barely gets wiped down! Front desk staff Tara was the ONLY nice person! Dr. Alka Patel was awful! Not only was sick , visibly coughing , sniffling and wheezing. She was extremely unpleasant, refused to give my children 24 return to school letter after both having fever at the office visit! She yelled and stormed out !! I will NOT return!!
