It was Sunday noon. I’d been feeling bad four days. Cough and cold was only getting worse. My primary care offices were closed or had no emergency appts. They  told me not to wait til Monday but go to local primary care.  So I did and they were terrific! Pneumonia.  Starting the meds right now.

I have chronic asthma issues. The PA proscribed half the expected amount of prednisone. She also ordered a variation of the standard medication without telling me. I called in today to fix the situation, I only was able to talk to the administrator, who after a bunch of back and forth told me I was subscribed the correct amount. I was not able to discuss it with the PA.

Booked my spot for a 9:15am appointment at 10pm online the night before. The scheduling process was easy and convenient especially because I’ve been seen at this location multiple times before, so all of my info was pre-filled. The morning of my appointment there was some confusion upon checking-in because the office had just switched to a new system, but it was quickly resolved and the receptionist was really nice about it. Both the med tech, Ariamshelly, and the provider, Brittney McDonald PA-C, were super friendly, personable, and had a gentle bedside manner. I was in and out within 30min. I have other urgent care offices closer to my home, but will always choose to drive the hour to this specific location due to the consistent level of care I have received over the years.

The provider completely missed my daughter’s fracture. She didn’t evaluate her wrist at all. When we went elsewhere it was immediately obvious that she had a fracture even without X-rays.

Dr. Emily and CA Jenna were very kind and professional, both are very much an asset to the AFC family highly recommend!!

Seen for upper respiratory infection likely pneumonia. Care was prompt and received a nebulizer treatment in the office and got scripts. Care was prompt - in and out pretty quickly. Would recommend this clinic.

It was a very good experience, very friendly staff and willing to help.
