My employer made a 1pm appointment for me for random cdl alcohol and drug testing.  When I arrived the front desk told me the could not do the testing. They said the provider left earlier in the day. My appointment was scheduled at 9am.  The offered me to wait and the would see if they could fit me in. Around 2pm they called me in. It is not my fault that one of your providers to leave work. I live one hour away from your clinic. This was the first time I have been to your clinic. Not a good way to start. There is more to the story but why continue. I will Not recommend your clinic. I have no choice if my employer sends me there.
