Walked in and checked in and did not have to wait more than 15 min, nurse was nice, nurse practitioner was the best and made me feel so well taken care of. Thank you for that. Only thing I’d change is having to check in on your phone, think it might be faster to just hand your id and insurance card

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Walked in without an appointment for a strep test. Was seee within 5 minutes, vitals weee taken and then a test was done. Results quickly returned and I was out in twenty five minutes. Very happy with the courteous treatment as well .

My visit was quick, but the wait time was ridiculous. The sign-in on the app told me 1 person was in front of me, but the waiting room had 3 people in front of me. I waited over an hour, and the man who came in after me was called in before I was!
