Dr. Wasserman is such a kind doctor!! Saw him last week to have a few splinters removed from my fingers and saw him again today for a sprain. He’s wonderful! I highly recommend!! Desk staff is great too!!!

Was not greeted by receptionist, the office was completely empty so I'm sure she noticed me come in. Once in the exam room I waited for the doctor for 10+ minutes even though no one else was at the office. Felt she wasn't really listening to my concerns/symptoms and had immediately decided what treatment I needed although I explained I did t understand why considering my symptoms. Assured I needed physical therapy for ear pain after a literal <5 minutes assessment. Walked out somewhat annoyed that I wasn't sure I wanted to do that abd said we'll ok I will prescribe you muscle relaxants and pian meds and left the room. I've never had an experience like this at this facilityin ny past visits. The male doctor I usually see is very thorough. I can't tell you the female doctors name I saw this past Sunday bc I don't believe she introduced herself. Waste if 100.00 co pay IMO.

Staff was great. Efficient and nice. Office was FREEZING. Felt like the AC was on despite th 42⁰ temp outside. Literally colder that ot is outsode. This needs to be fixed for the comfort of both the staff and patients. It was so bad that I felt for the staff who have to work in that every day.
