I fell three days ago and came in to make sure that my ribs were not broken or any other things were wrong. A four hour wait was unacceptable but I had no other choice. I know things happen, but it was frustrating.

I have been dealing with a stuffy nose from r 7-10 days. Couldn’t breathe freely. Went to AFC for care w/no appt.  The wait to me was longer than expected, (3) hours. However, w/ the change in weather, a lot up people were present. The staff was apologetic for the extended  wait to me . They were also courteous, knowledgeable, respectful and kind. NP took her time. Thank you AFC !!

This appointment took years off of my life. Considering I am very ill and had to wait 3 hours for a simple test result is unacceptable. Staff was friendly but clearly in a hurry.

Easy to schedule the appt. Took me on time. Nurse taking my vitals etc. was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. The Doctor was very knowledgeable, easy to work with, understood my problem and discussed and prescribed a course of treatment. He answered my questions and I was comfortable with the treatment. My prescriptions were ready at the pharmacy within a short time considering it was Sunday at 8:30 am! Yes, I would definitely recommend AFC. Yes, I would recommend the provider. I have used AFC on several occasions and am always very satisfied.

We were the second people to enter, as they had just opened the doors. Checked in at kiosk and it said, “Your all set”. So we waited and waited. People that had come in after us were getting called to the window to pay their co-pay. So we went to the window and asked  what was going on. Only then were we told you have to check your email, then downy app, then fill out forms. Then after that, we were called to the window. Mind you, there were no instructions that said you needed to check your email at the kiosk, to complete the check in. Then once called back it took close to an hour and a half to be seen. Once we were seen it took a short time to leave.  In total we were there from 8 am til 10:50 am! The Np was very sweet and nice.

Got a call for lab results that were back again. The first time they told me over the phone and now I had to come in for the results. Which I sat for 2 hours and just ended up leaving without the results.

Why did I make an appointment if it was going to take 3 hours to see a dr. Everyone was nice. All that was good. But why let me schedule an appointment if it doesn't matter .

The nurse practitioner I saw said my lungs were clear. I went to another doctor the day after and they diagnosed me with pneumonia.

I really don't like online registering processes but this time it worked in my favor. I was there for an hour. Sinus issues turned into an infection with server head congestion that was greatly eased with two shots allowing me to travel the next day with no issues. I have never experienced relief that quickly.
