I am pretty sure they forgot about us.  There was no one left other than the dr and nurse.  When we got called back there was a room full.  I opened the door and the nurse practitioner said oh i will be right there

I was able to schedule without a problem. However, the uploading browser was not working which forces you to manually input your information. I disappointed with my visit to this clinic. The wait time was far too long, and to make matters worse, the provider listed in the lobby was not the one I ended up seeing. The staff unfriendly, which made the experience even more frustrating. Additionally, the acting physician did not follow proper hand hygiene protocols, which raised serious concerns about the clinic’s attention to safety. When it came time to discharge, I had to ask for my paperwork twice. Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory experience.

I was very sick and dreaded having to go to the clinic but everyone made it a pleasant experience. I was impressed. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Thrown from horse due to previous injury I dislocated two ribs the staff was unbelievably careful and empathetic to the amount of pain I was in . I would 1000% recommend this urgent care facility over the local ER

Staff was very friendly and professional.  I am a nurse, so I know what to look for!

Everyone was super polite, helpful, and caring. The doctor was very thorough and the nurse was very helpful.

Wait time was extremely long never did see doc very disappointed. Took a covid test but never got results. Nurse said doc had to tell me the results. They got paid upfront so I won’t be getting a refund. I sat in room for two hours waiting on results of test. I would hate to know someone had a medical emergency in one of them rooms, they might not never check on them.

I fell three days ago and came in to make sure that my ribs were not broken or any other things were wrong. A four hour wait was unacceptable but I had no other choice. I know things happen, but it was frustrating.

I have been dealing with a stuffy nose from r 7-10 days. Couldn’t breathe freely. Went to AFC for care w/no appt.  The wait to me was longer than expected, (3) hours. However, w/ the change in weather, a lot up people were present. The staff was apologetic for the extended  wait to me . They were also courteous, knowledgeable, respectful and kind. NP took her time. Thank you AFC !!
