Needed a walk in this morning. Made a reservation and completed check in on line. Staff and Dr. are great. The clinic is very clean. Please with my care. Thank you.

Scheduled time online. Very easy, filled out patient info before arriving. Whole process was so streamlined.  Not a resident so I was very pleased. Friendly, efficient, was in and out within an hour.

Visiting area and needed medical treatment. Entire staff did a great job - from check in to diagnosis and calling meds to pharmacy.  All staff members were professional, personable, knowledgeable, and compassionate.

My daughter woke up sick and we couldn’t get into our normal pcp so I had to bring her here. The lady at the front desk was very rude and didn’t want to explain why she wanted me to leave a credit card on file, I’ve been here before and never had to do that. We have insurance and it covers it, but I was like ok. However, when I told her I wanted to switch cards she said no I counted but that I wouldn’t be charged until I get a text letting me know if they’d charge my card and then I could change which card I used. As soon as I left my card was charged, she didn’t even file my insurance. She was extremely rude and I won’t be back, which is sad because the nurses and Dr were extremely nice and helpful.

The check in process was a little strange, but efficient. The lady at the front desk could have been a little friendlier. However, the nurse and doctor were exceptional! Definitely recommend!

I had been struggling with a fever, chills , cough and fatigue and then the tell tale pressure of an ear infection. I just walked in and maybe 45min later I had seen the PA and the doctor. I was on my way to pick up my prescription. Very nice experience!

Your new check in is horrible!  Took forever with all the info that was already on file. Office said I would have to do this for each visit

I was a walk in, needing a follow up, check up, after spending Christmas day in emergency with a facial laceration. I would recommend this provider.

I pre scheduled my appointment. That was only an hour out. When I got there the staff was very friendly. They took time to answer all my questions. And I was out within 30 minutes.
