I went to the Oxford Alabama office and they were very nice and helpful. The doctor was fantastic with my DOT physical and the staff took the extra steps to see to my care, unlike your Pell City office

The wait was extremely long . The dr barely checked me . She was in 2 mins tops . I had to ask her to look at my throat. Things they should do automatically.

I had been struggling with a sickness for a week, went in got my shot and meds and was on my way in an hour. Staff was great, Dr was great, only wish they would have tested for strep also. They did test for flu and Covid. I will be back.

I don’t like that when I got there and checked in it said one patient ahead of me and somehow 5 people came in 15-20 minutes after me and prebooked themselves to be seen before me even though I was there and check in completely before they ever even walked in the door.

I waited 2 1/2 hours and the first time I saw the doctor or nurse practitioner was when she walked in and handed me discharge paperwork before even making eye contact with me. She told me I had the cold that was going around and had already written me up a prescription for cough medicine. That was BEFORE she listened to lungs. She never asked for my symptoms, how I was feeling, nothing. When I told her I have dealt with bronchitis for a large majority of my life, and I felt like I had it again. She then stated that she would send me in for a chest x-ray. I’ve then had to inform her that I had already had one done so she snatched the paperwork back from my hands to verify and said things were normal. I left and went to another urgent care where I was diagnosed with bronchitis. This was the worst visit I have ever had. A medical person writing a prescription and discharge paperwork BEFORE seeing a patient is a terrible practice.

Went into clinic with congestion and bleeding nose.  NP called in prescription before coming into the room the first time.  Never looked In nose or throat.  Was told I was negative for COVID and the flu (neither of which I thought I had).  I do however have a long family history of aneurysms.  4 generations died from head aneurysms.  Was never asked one question by the NP nor was I assessed by her.  NP was not in the room for 60 seconds.  I’m aware the nose is very vascular.  What your staff (NO) was not aware of was my particular situation and she could not be inconvenienced to take 60 seconds day to listen.
