I am from Canada and went to AFC in the morning and the receptionist was extremely helpful with the registration process. The staff was extremely helpful friendly and efficient.  My wait time was about 45 minutes.  Great care!!!

I really wish I had you as T1 on my insurance. Cannot ask for better.

Efficient, very professional, and thorough in examination along with testing and retesting. Everyone was courteous and had even called the pharmacy to fill my prescription. The clinic was spotless.

Hi, I scheduled myself for the following day, very easy to do. I choose AFC because in Sept 2023 I received excellent care there by the staff, including Amy Wybenga NP. I was hoping to be treated by her again. I thought by scheduling a day in advance, I wouldn't have to wait as long, but I waited over an hour. There was something in the air of the waiting area that I must be allergic to because I was feeling weird. When I was brought into an exam room, I looked in the mirror & my face was burnt red & my eyes were bloodshot. I booked myself for a physical & to get checked out for a fall I had. Sam told me both couldn't be done on the same appt. I was also told that I had to fast before a physical. These things should have been told to me in advance. This being the case, I was checked only for the fall, I explained that I thought maybe I fell do to imbalance from the sinus congestion & mentioned that the sound I was hearing in my ear may be the result of trauma from falling, according to the medical institutes I researched online. I've had the congestion forever & this is the first time I've heard this heartbeat like sound .She dismissed that, checked my ears & found fluid in both & wrote a prescription for Flonase & Claritin. I felt rushed. X rays were taken of my knee & neck, which bore the brunt of the fall. The tech was very gentle in easing me on the table. The following day I returned for a physical. Marlee took the blood samples while we chatted, keeping me from being nervous. Charlie came in & I told her about the day before. She was genuinely concerned. really listened & told me about Dr. Gegg, a new ENT on the beach. Overall I am pleased w/the service & care, but I think there sometimes is too much emphasis on speed which sacrifices quality. I also want to give a shout out for Angie at the front desk. She advised me to return at 8 am the 2nd day to avoid a long wait & scheduled me in.

Family Care was just awesome. The staff were very friendly and professional.  Amy took her time with me and explained everything so I could understand!! Great experience!!

We as a family all became sick while on vacation. My whole family was able to be seen within 2 hours. The doctor was very nice , down to earth and helpful!

From checking in, the nurse to the PA everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional!  I saw PA Charlie today and my last visit was with PA Amy.  Both were so attentive and professional!  I’ll always use AFC!

Had bad headaches and was so bad could not sleep. The staff was wonderful and gave me the treatment I needed. I work for a hospital and I know that people do not always say nice things but you all need to be respected for your work and it was a 10

Efficient, friendly and caring staff, was able to be seen in minimal time, facility is clean and inviting. I like the fact that if I have used a AFC in another location my records pull up, this was an important factor is choosing where to go for urgent care as we travel quite a bit.
