I went in for ear wax removal. Facility had no hot water. I was left forced to lay on my side with ear drops in ear for more than 30 minutes. Simple wax removal ended up painful as well. Don't understand. Staff seemed very immature. Won't be using your facility again.

The visit was great but I was disappointed with the Doctors prescription she sent in…. I have never gotten only 3 days  of antibiotics for a UTI , always got 7 days worth! Everyone else were awesome… my favorite Doctor is Amy… she always knows what to do for my situation..
