Spectacular staff, made me feel so comfortable! Super sweet and helpful people. I was only there an hour, quick in and out with the problem solved!

I made an appointment on the website which was very easy to do. I arrived within o time to my appointment to an empty parking lot and empty waiting room. I checked in. There was no one at the receptionist desk. I waited about 15 minutes and finally someone came to the front. Even after he came to the front he did not acknowledge me. I had to walk up to the desk and tell them I was there.  I then wait several more minutes before getting called back although there was absolutely NO one waiting. Next the person taking my vital signs was so unprofessional and unmotivated. He barely spoke to me. He then told me to go to room 1. He did not escort me there and the doors were not numbered. I had to go back and ask him where room 1 was and he pointed. He did not escort me to the room or get up from his chair. So unprofessional! After I found room 1 I sat and waited and again and no provider came. After about 20 minutes I had to go out to the desk and ask was the provider aware I was there waiting because again i am not sure why I was waiting because no one was there. They then go get the provider who immediately came in after she was notified by the office manager.  The NP was very nice and efficient. I had no problem with the provider but the support staff was terrible and for the office to be completely empty the service was very slow. The provider and the office manager were both professional.  However, I do not recommend the Pelham location. I frequently visit the alabaster location and while it is busy, it is run much more efficiently and the front desk staff is much more personal.

The wait time is usually long, but the convenience and ease of access can’t go unnoticed. You can always go that same day and scheduling is a lot easier with the online book in. The staff is always nice and they get you fixed right up. Take something to read and you’ll be fine.

I was able to get in, get taken care of, and back out in no time. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. Thank you all!

I have been coughing for 72 hrs. I have sore throat with ear pain. Went right into AFC in Pelham with no appointment. I was seen in less than 30 mins. I received excellent care.

Great location for us, and fantastic people! Very reasonable wait. My PA was attentive and personable.

Woke up sick, made appt for 815. Wait time in lobby was about 20 minutes. Overall time at AFC was over 2 hours. They were very nice and apologized for the wait but considering there were only two other people being seen besides myself, that seems a bit excessive. It’s never been like that before so I would continue to use this location unless time in clinic continues to be longer than about an hour.

I walked in. Very little wait time. Staff was efficient. Liked Dr.Morgan
