I would give the visit zero stars if I could (based on NP alone).     The NP was not helpful, didn’t want to listen to anything.  I could go on.    But, would not do a bit of good.    Charged me $50 specialist copay for a NP.    Apparently, no Dr. available.   Do they even have one.     I will have my own primary in A couple of months.   Highly suggest no one go here anymore.

The doctor seemed more concerned with telling me how he was than listening to me. I had to interrupt him 3x to get my symptoms explained. Then he prescribed a medicine that my insurance didn't cover!!! This is not health care - it's a scam to push high dollar pharmaceuticals.

I have been here multiple times for myself and kids. Being able to fill out your paperwork online and schedule a time to come is so convenient. They always try to get you in and out as fast as possible. I cannot say enough how friendly and personable the staff is!

No long waiting time, in and out within 30 minutes. The hospitality of front desk very helpful and kind, the nurse was very compassionate towards my granddaughter, I think the doctor was knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this urgent care!

I had a job offer and had to have a physical examination as well as a TB test. The results of the TB test had to be delayed due to increment weather. However, the staff at the Pell City AFC were professional.

When they took my BP the cuff was way too tight.i was in a lot of pain while they were pumping.  I’ve never had this happen. I started noticing the pain while I was with Dr Tuck. I didn’t say anything thinking  it would go away. I’m having to ice my arm. There’s a lot of redness and pain. I’ve taken Tylenol and pain patches. I don’t know what to do to ease the pain.

I wasn’t expecting the new check in process but even with that. I was in and out with that process. I know what to expect and I think this way is better because you have less contact with germs 🦠 by checking in on line.

I was able to book my appointment and complete all paperwork online. My wait time was only ten minutes or so and everyone was very friendly considering it was late on a Saturday afternoon. The nurse and the doctor were both courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I have a need for a doctor outside my regular GPs hours.
