I visited this AFC location with symptoms of a sore throat and congestion. My arrival time was 2:30pm with no one in the waiting area. I was taken back almost immediately and shown a room. It took 1.5 hours before I was seen, and an additional hour following to receive the results of the strep test. I learned that the assistant has to wait for the initial assessments orders which is why the initial 1.5 hours seemed to go by forever. This is not my first exceedingly long wait in this office. While I understand more serious issues need assessment first, this place is horribly understaffed and a better triage system needs to be implemented so the medical assistants can turnover rooms faster not leaving patients stuck and waiting on service.

I came in for an employment required analysis. That means when I got there I had studied for that test and needed to go. I then spent an hour and 15 minutes waiting in your lobby until I got called. After an hour, I asked what was taking so long that I did not need to see a doctor and was told that the urinalysis tech was seeing other people for the same reason I was there. Yet sitting in the lobby for an hour and 15 minutes I never saw one time somebody that went back while I sat there and come back out. So if somebody else was there for a urinalysis, they must’ve snuck out the back door. If you’re going to have urinalysis for employees, then you should not waste the employers Time by having the employees sit around the lobby. And it’s hard to make an appointment for a random urinalysis. My employer handed me a sheet and said go take your random test. So the only star I’m giving you is on wait time, because I shouldn’t of had to sit there for an hour and a half needing to pee as badly as I did. The other things that I started grading you at brought your rating all the way up to a four. The tech, the person behind the counter were top-notch, has polite and professional as they could have been. So I am not going to fill out those stars, but you need to have a dedicated urinalysis tech if you’re going to do analysis

The wait time was a little long but that's to be expected the Monday after a Holiday. The front desk staff and the medical staff were polite and professional. I would recommend.

Went in for my sons cough, they saw him and got test results within an hour and had us out the door and on the way to get his antibiotics. Very thankful for how kind the staff was, especially the woman at the front desk and my sons provider

The doctor was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Every member of the staff that was working that day were very professional and courteous. This is my first time using this type of facility. I will definitely use in the future if necessary. Thank you for being so close to my home.
