The only complaint I would have is that the check-in process is a little annoying. I didn't think it was fair that because I am younger and more tech savvy that I got seen before an old lady that came in before me. By the time she had checked in three people including myself were ahead of her even though she was in first. Because of this check in process no one was seen about 30 minutes after the clinic opened despite us walking in 2 minutes before opening. In addition when I was pulled back to my room even though I was the first patient, it took another 20 minutes for the doctor to come in. Normally I wouldn't mind this but considering I was the first patient I didn't understand what was taking so long. Not only that but when they finally did come in all they did was do a swab for covid. I don't know why it took 20 to 30 minutes for them to come in and swap me. This is a big difference from the last times I've come. It's always been extremely efficient in and out within 30 minutes to an hour and this time it took double that time even though I was the first patient. I really suggest that y'all go back to y'all's old checking process or at least offer paper check-in for clients that are not tech savvy so that they won't get skip in line

The first visit and second visit went well, however the third visit the female doctor tried to tell me that I was imagining parasites and that it was all in my head. It was most certainly in my head! Black mites all in my nostrils and the back of my throat! I think I deserve an apology as the doctor didn't want to prescribe more of the permethrin cream I needed to get rid of these parasites. Instead she wrote me a referral to a psychiatrist. After this is all over, I'm going to need counseling clearly. I think I know why I was denied the service I needed too. The young lady behind the front counter had a talk with my ex girlfriend outside in the parking lot as I was leaving the last visit. She is mad at me over political issues and is very manipulative and a stalker. She was waiting for me outside parked next to me. She started cursing at me so I went to drive away. Well the young lady behind the counter saw that she was crying because I didn't want to talk to her and she came out and asked her if she.was ok. I told her she was fine and left. The two stayed and talked I'm sure she convinced the lady that I was the most evil man in the world which I most certainly am not so I'm sure that through this influence passed on to the fleet which is why I was treated this way. I am a U.S. Army veteran with PTSD and a TBI (traumatic brain injury). I just hope like hell none of my brothers and sisters at arms are treated this way or any body else for that matter! It is absolute evil! Am definitely going to seek legal advice on this matter as it goes untreated can cause a plethora of long term health issues.
