Needed crutches but didn't have availability, was given the wrap for my ankle to apply myself at home and also no results for my X-ray

Doctor didn’t address my concerns and didn’t give me the opportunity to ask questions before hauling ass out the door.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. We were seen and treated quickly.

Everyone was very professional and nice!! In today’s world, you don’t find kindness, professionalism, or great hospitality but the staff at the AFC in Prattville showed this today!!! I Highly Recommend Them All!!!!

Came into the office with pain primarily on the right side of my face, runny nose,headache ,having chills, and occasional cough just feeling awful. The staff was truly the best ever from the front window to the back. The young lady at the front window took the time to look up my new Ins. Info. which I hadn't rec.due to moving and gave it to me. The remain staff was awesome. Thanks for all your kindness a rarity these days. The world need more people like these. Would highly recommend.

I showed up to clinic without an appointment. Once I got registered and signed in they were able to get me worked in. Next time I will set up appointment on the app. They were friendly and professional.

Scheduling app was confusing, lobby was packed, wait list que was inaccurate. Staff kept yelling that the app isn't correct so no one really knew how long they wait was. Once we got back two hours after arriving, we were seen fairly efficiently. The NP came in at the beginning but after tests, trays, shots, did not return. Thos is the second time I've been there and the timliness for care was lacking. Make sure you are tech savvy, if you are not, make sure you stand there and do the signin with the reception desk. Also, reccommend you continually check on your waiting spot, I saw an elderly woman turned away because she thought she was checked in and wasn't. She was told to come back a different day.

I was away from home traveling and started to feel bad. I stopped by AFC in Prattville to get seen. I was able to be seen by a wonderful doctor, Dr. T. Myles. She was very nice and patient with me. The staff was also excellent. I highly recommend AFC for urgent care and walk-ins if you're feeling bad and need some instant relief.

Went in feeling terrible and came out knowing of a plan to feel better.  Excellent team and they all are appreciated!  Happy Holiday’s!
