Great care in timely manner. However, I was told by front office person,insurance would not go through. This was very unusual since I have had no changes in coverages and have always has $40. Co pay, which I verified with insurance company after returning home. I had to pay over $300. For visit and tests. Diagnosis strep.throat, which I could not put off treating. According to UHM, site is not down. So frustrating!

I don't know the two ladies that met with me first. One was at the front desk and one for the pre checkup part. They were super nice and I appreciate them. Victor was excellent and intelligent and professional and easy to talk too. Knew exactly what to do. Thank you all very much!

The appointment went well everything was great from the provider, to nurse, to front desk and scheduling was easy.

Everyone was nice and helpful. Gave me the reassurance I needed and a clear plan moving forward.

The whole experience went very smoothly from booking, check-in, wait time, etc. Brenda has great energy and made coming to the doctor more enjoyable! Zesta answered all of my questions and I left feeling a lot better.

I needed a D.O.T physical and I wasn't on their scheduled for today. They were professional and very curious to my needs. This is the way all Health care facilities should operate. They get a 100% satisfaction on my part.

I walked in and After filling out paperwork it was less than 10 mins The nurses and doctor were very quick, kind and detailed. I was on my way as soon as the test came in and my prescription was ready when I got to Walgreens!

Everyone from the nurse to the front desk gentleman were nice. The actually doctor childers was rude and mean. I came in for a STD check and she tried to make it seem like I was spreading STDs. Completely unprofessional. People are already scared to come get checked especially for sensitive topics and you are not supposed to down the person even more. I work for the military and have never seen this type of unprofessional behavior in the medical field. Everyone else was very helpful though.

Every year I get poison ivy and needless to say, I’m very allergic to it.  I get it and it gets in my blood stream and just spreads.  Therefore I must go to the doctor for a shot and prednisone.  They are so very nice and very quick to help you.  So glad they are here for us all.
