I want to start off by saying the staff were very friendly, and I am not normally the type of person to complain working in customer service and management myself, but I wasn’t completely happy with my experience.  I came in with concerns of a UTI or BV. It was recommended by the service provider that I take two tests; a urine test and BV test. Mind you, I do not have insurance and have to pay out of pocket. But I trusted their recommendation and took the two tests and was told I’d get results. I was then told that the results from the BV test caused the urine test to be inconclusive, so it was recommended for me to spend ANOTHER $30 for the urine to be sent off for extra testing. I do not think I should’ve been charged for the original urine test when I received no results, and why would you recommend a patient take two tests if one of them can cause the other to be inconclusive? It doesn’t sound right. And to be honest, the guy who I dealt with was very vague and didn’t sound sure about what to do, so he recommended I take two different medications for both a UTI and BV. I then leave and go to pick up my prescription, turns out it was sent to the wrong location, so that was also very frustrating. I feel like some of my time and money were wasted today.

I had a follow up appointment. The wait time was low and the staff was friendly.

The doctors can’t /wont actually call in the medicine people need so it is a waste of time.

We had a great experience while there but  them not calling in my sons prescription and every time I called to speak to someone about it the line was always busy is extremely frustrating and upsetting.

I made an appointment day before and was able to get in the next day! The staff was excellent very mannered and got the job done !!

This was the first time I went to receive medical assistance and the entire staff was friendly/professional. Normally, health care professionals are pretty dismissive, but the staff today was so helpful.

I hadn’t been feeling well for the past week so I decided to stop in here to get checked out. Check in was very easy and once my info was submitted I didn’t wait long at all to be called back. The staff did seem slightly rushed, but overall I was seen in a timely manner and they gave me test results right away, then sent prescriptions that were filled immediately. Got to see a nurse and a  physician. Would recommend.

Dr. Victor and his staff are amazing. From reception to care— everyone is amazing. AFC Urgent Care is our first choice for any health concerns that aren’t emergent but that require a professional medical opinion and assessment. The staff is kind, friendly and helpful. The office is clean and check-in easy smooth and easy. The quality of care is exceptional and thorough. We love this office and will continue to choose AFC Urgent Care every time.
