My wife needed to have some staples removed from a wound. She suffers from dementia and gets confused or upset easily. We were on vacation so we couldn’t go to our regular Doctor. We went to AFC on FM762 in Richmond Texas. The wait was short. The office staff was wonderfully courteous and patient. The nurse and PA were friendly warm and very professional. They took time to make my wife comfortable and relaxed. This was one of the best visits to any medical facility we ever had. Thank you to the office and medical staff. If we need urgent care again, we will come to this office

It two hours to get the ingrown toenail taken care of from walking in to leaving and in the end it seemed like a sloppy job. Like the doctor just wanted to get it over with so he was rushing and didn’t really do well as I think he should have. He wasn’t very nice either. It doesn’t matter if we’re your last patient, we’re still paying lots of money and here to see you. Most staff were rude except for one lady, wouldn’t come back if I had a different choice or location.
