Daughter was diagnosed with flu. The provider forgot to send her prescription for flu and only sent the ear drops to my pharmacy. I tried to contact them regarding this but the facility was closed. My daughter struggled the entire night. And first thing in the morning, I call them and they put me on hold. After long hold, she notify me stating that the nurse who prescribes the medication is not there and my daughter might not get the medication on time. This is simply unacceptable. First they forget to prescribe medication and second they don’t know when it will be sent to my pharmacy. In the meantime if something happens to my daughter who will be responsible!!!!!!!!!

I had to take a drug test and was turned away multiple times because my employer needed the specimen sent to a lab that isn’t contracted with AFC but my employer gave clinic notes that they would airbill and fax the needed documentation for the drug test to proceed ,it was a big inconvenience on time for me that could have been avoided had the staff read the eScreen documentation completely.
