took grandson to check on cough. ALL staff was concerned friendly and treated you like family. Great patient care. Keeping the human touch at the heart of what they do.

I was seen in a timely manner and everyone was friendly and helpful. I would have still been at line at the competition down the street.

Began feeling bad Thursday night. Went to AFC Friday morning. Recovery on the way.

Wait was too long. Waited one hour in the freezing cold waiting room and the 30 min for the dr to come in once I got a room. Dr was friendly and helpful and staff were friendly also.

The lady at the window was extremely rude-she seemed overwhelmed on the phone after I came in and yelled at me when I attempted to asked a question.  It was freezing in the example room, 60 degrees. My wait time was nearly an hour. When I complained  to the practitioner about the clerk, she nicely stated the she thought that I needed to go to the ER. The environment was very unprofessional, and care not provided because I complained. I would not recommend this ptrovider.

Went in for arthritis pain only to find out afterwards that they can’t write anything for pain after paying co-pay. Got steroids and anti inflammatory injections. Then had to sit and wait on release papers for 30 minutes and I’m on a tight schedule.

The office staff and support staff were lovely. However, the provider was less so. She seemed in a rush, although there were no other patients waiting. She hurried through the appointment, not spending more than five minutes with us. Scolded me because we do not have a “family doctor”. This is 2024, doc in the box is our family doctor, ma’am. She gave no indication of what may have caused my child’s allergic reaction and did not look in her throat to see if it was closing at all. I have been to this urgent care several times and have never seen this provider before and I hope I don’t again.

Everyone that works there was amazing did not have a long wait time love the way I was treated.

Very understanding and helpful facility. Would recommend it to everyone.
