I was a walk in and got right in.  Receptionist, staff and nurse practitioner were great.  They solved my problem and I was on my way in no time at all.  I had great care.

Doctor was great. She was very professional, knowledgeable  and friendly.  Had a great experience.

Woke up with sore throat, chills, exhaustion and was able to get an appointment within two hours. When I arrived, I went right into an examination room, and after my check up, and some tests, I was diagnosed with the flu. The doctor was very helpful with How I can feel better and prevent this from happening. It was a great, very personal experience.

This is my first time to visit AFC for Urgent Care.  My appt. was at 8am.  When I arrived, door was unlocked, but no intake person was there and office areas were dark and there was no air on.  Someone arrived around 8:15am and they processed my payment and sent me to an exam room.  I stopped by the bathroom only to find it dirty with trash and urine on the toilet seat.  I proceed to my exam room to find it also dirty with trash and even a plastic cap from a syringe needle sitting on a chair in the room.   It was obvious that no cleaning from the day prior had been done.  The whole place smelled unsanitary.   The intake person took my vitals and administered a flu and Covid test with no gloves and no prior handwashing that I saw.  I waited over an hour to see the provider,  who was very nice, but never introduced herself and had no ID on so I was not sure if I was getting medical advice from a nurse, PA, MD, or technician.

Daughter came in with cough and they were helpful. However, we had to wait about 40 minutes to be seen in the room. Overall, wait time could be better. But helped diagnose my daughter.

This practice is fantastic. It may have saved my life. The staff NP’s and Kelly provide excellent care. I highly recommend this Urgent care . Thank you so much!!!!!

Service was terrible the nurse did not treat my illness and very unprofessional would never go there aging and will not be pay the bill for this service.

This place is fantastic!!! I received absolutely excellent care. The NP was amazing. Also the young man MA was very talented. Great staff, great care. Thank you!

I woke up with very stiff neck and couldn’t move well. Was able to book and appointment. Staff was friendly and I left with Rx for muscle relaxers. Excellent experience!

This was an excellent experience .Tyra Willis NP was Very thorough and professional. I highly recommend her and this practice.  The young MA was also very good!
