Traveled to Tuscaloosa and my husband became ill enroute.  We went straight to Urgent Care and they took great care of him.  He was the last patient  on a Friday night.  They were thorough and kind.  Then I returned next morning for preventative care.  The staff were kind and efficient.  Loved the convenience of the app.  Keep up the great care.

I was in and out within an hour & a half !  Went down 69 for treatment and couldn’t even find a parking space …. Think I’ve found me a new treatment Cnt !

My husband and I were both sick. Our daughter had visited your clinic the day before and she had great things  to say. We checked in online was greated as soon as we walked in. We were taken to the back right away. All of the staff was great!!

Had this burning sensation and blood in urine. Set appt online and seen within 15 minutes of arrival. Personnel greeted us courteously and seen nurse and Dr who took medical info and gave diagnosis and prescription and released

I woke up having a rough cough and knowing that I had been exposed to RSV recently. Booking an appointment was simple and the wait was minimal, however it was the most worthless visit of my life. A lab tech came in to swab me for multiple things, one of which I recently had a cannot contract again in such a short time. The physician had one of the worst bedside manners I’ve ever experienced, he did not introduce himself and belittled my concerns. He never once examined me and after “answering” my questions which were not answered, he leaves and on his way out goes “you’re free to go.” Nothing about this visit helped to find whatever underlying concerns or symptoms and felt like a huge waste of time and money. Facility is fine, most of the nursing staff were kind, but this physician is a joke.

Woke with a cough and hardly no voice. Walk in and was seen within 30 min, no issues, staff was vey polite

Easy to schedule, little wait time, fast results and the doctor was thorough and actually took the time to explain, ask questions and figure out diagnosis.

Crystal was a great nurse and very kid friendly and so was the doctor! They got us in and did their test swabs and delivered a diagnosis within minutes! Wonderful staff!

I left work. I Walked in & received treatment in less than an hour. I received a text from Walmart regarding receiving my prescription while I was still at the AFC. I am really impressed and would definitely recommend this location

Came in for an ear infection. Everyone was friendly, helpful, had great communication. The bedside manner was great Jessica and Connie were very helpful. I would highly recommend.
