Scheduling and check in were easy. Staff is friendly. Unfortunately, they don’t take your symptoms seriously.

The staff was very rude, I had to leave early because of the rudeness.

My appointment was handled efficiently and in a timely manner. Doctor was patient and informative in answering my questions.

Doctor was great. And staff. Doctor took time out and talked.

I had been sick since Friday 11/29. Early 11/30, I awoke & logged into the site to make an appt. Dr. Merkle & AJ were patient, took the time to explain things to me, and it was just an overall nice experience; chair side manner for both was a grand slam!!

My son was sick yesterday so I made an online appointment for the next morning.  No wait and the staff, especially Rosetta, was extremely nice!

I had the pleasure of being cared for by Angela Chavers during my recent doctor’s visit, and I can confidently say it was one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, Angela made me feel at ease with her warm and welcoming demeanor. She and Dr. Reeves took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explain everything in clear detail, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process.  What stood out the most was their professionalism paired with genuine compassion. It was clear that they truly care about their patients’ well-being, and it made all the difference in my visit. They answered my questions thoughtfully, addressing my worries with patience, and never rushed through anything.  In a healthcare setting where comfort and trust are so important, Angela went above and beyond. I left my appointment feeling not only well cared for but also empowered with knowledge about my health.  Thank you, Angela and Dr. Reeves for making my visit a positive experience and I’m grateful for your outstanding service.

The staff here is wonderful and efficient!  They made my child feel comfortable and really listened to them. AJ was especially helpful with making my child relax and share his symptoms.

My first time to the afc since the new way of checking in. Everything was fast and easy. The young lady behind the desk was very nice and friendly, and the nurse practitioner and the nurses were very nice and friendly. The only thing that I was thinking about is say a elderly person comes in and they don’t really know technology that well do you all offer paper sign in still or someone to help them because I know if my mom wants to come there and she had to scan a QR code she would turn around and leave and she would be needing help so that would be the only thing that I I wonder about is there anyone there to help the older generation or if you all still have the paper check in but I appreciate everyone there.
