scheduling online is very easy & option to do paperwork ahead of time is key. got taken in before my “appt” time. Staff was very nice & it’s a much better place than other clinics I have been to. I would recommend to others.

I was seen for a leg injury. I got there around ten and was home by twelve fifteen.

Booked my appointment time and arrived to the clinic and waited well over an hour because they were taking walkins and it was basically first come first serve. I’m not sure what the point of booking an appointment was. The staff was wonderful and my care was great which made up for it.

Dr Bushan was very attentive to my illness he suggested numerous things that would speed along my recovery. I would recommend this walk in facility.

Doctor and medical assistant were amazing but we had an appointment and were seen 1h40 after the scheduled time

I waited over 90 minutes. It’s a lot to have me sit with sick people when I have issues of being around sick people. I never anticipated waiting this long. That would be my only concern from when I first called to when I left. The people were very friendly. In particular, the nurse who brought me in was incredibly thorough and doubt with me while I was having a panic attack, which made it even more difficult for her. She gets a A+. It’s very close inconvenient and I don’t have a Primary Care yet. I just moved here.

I told them I was allergic to amoxicillin. I needed metronidazole. Then  They called in amoxicillin to my pharmacy. I also waited over an hour with an appt to see the dr . The staff was rude and gave me a Covid test when I said I did not want one . 2 1/2 hours later , they have not sent the correct prescription to my pharmacy. My guess is they are punishing me .  I will never return .

There seemed to be a problem with online scheduling. The tech who took my vitals was very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was waiting afterwards. No one came in to tell me I was all set to leave. I like this facility and will use it again. I do recommend this provider.

The dr didn't even listen to what I told him. He checked only one if my hands, told him both got hurt. He seemed as if he could careless. Sent me on my way saying nothing was wrong, both my wrists were swollen and still are. I will definitely not go back there. Would never recommend this place.

I have been sick since Tuesday. I have a primary care doctor that provided me with antibiotics this week and I’m on the last day of taking them. I went here because it’s close to my house and it’s hard for me to breathe/im experiencing chest pain. Today is Saturday so my doctor’s office is closed. Tests were done by the doctor and it felt very dismissive… I am prone to bronchitis and feel like that’s what’s happening, but because I’m not a smoker and don’t have asthma the doctor laughed at me and dismissed me with paperwork and told me I was still contagious?….. I was told I had a common cold. (I have had colds in my 34 years - being sick for this long, with these symptoms is not a cold.) I am currently up at 1am struggling to breathe and cannot stop coughing. No medication was provided. I have lived here for years and gone to this walk in clinic a few times and always felt well taken care of. I’m never going back there again.  The medical assistant and the front desk were very nice and helpful. I’m not happy with how dismissive the doctor was,
