There seemed to be a problem with online scheduling. The tech who took my vitals was very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was waiting afterwards. No one came in to tell me I was all set to leave. I like this facility and will use it again. I do recommend this provider.

The dr didn't even listen to what I told him. He checked only one if my hands, told him both got hurt. He seemed as if he could careless. Sent me on my way saying nothing was wrong, both my wrists were swollen and still are. I will definitely not go back there. Would never recommend this place.

I have been sick since Tuesday. I have a primary care doctor that provided me with antibiotics this week and I’m on the last day of taking them. I went here because it’s close to my house and it’s hard for me to breathe/im experiencing chest pain. Today is Saturday so my doctor’s office is closed. Tests were done by the doctor and it felt very dismissive… I am prone to bronchitis and feel like that’s what’s happening, but because I’m not a smoker and don’t have asthma the doctor laughed at me and dismissed me with paperwork and told me I was still contagious?….. I was told I had a common cold. (I have had colds in my 34 years - being sick for this long, with these symptoms is not a cold.) I am currently up at 1am struggling to breathe and cannot stop coughing. No medication was provided. I have lived here for years and gone to this walk in clinic a few times and always felt well taken care of. I’m never going back there again.  The medical assistant and the front desk were very nice and helpful. I’m not happy with how dismissive the doctor was,

As soon as you walk in the staff is friendly and very efficient. Wait time was minimal. The attending nurse and Dr. were caring and professional as well as empathetic. Will definitely come back and recommend to others.

The dr that saw us apparently does not even believe in antibiotics. My daughter has been up and down with the same issue for 3 1/2 weeks. He was more concerned in giving me a history lesson about where and when antibiotics were created, then treating the fact that my daughter keeps getting better then  worse again.

I had to book a preop physical and was able to get an appointment right away. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent service, I called to book appointment and they told me I can walk in, I got there and they were up to task and took care of me.

Was seen for sore throat, aches and headache. I was treated well from beginning to end. The medicine prescribed didn't end up working. I have many medical issues and medication allergies. Went back two days later, retested, pos for strep still, given a different med. The Dr I saw both times was great, he worked hard in finding a med I could take. Now it seams I am in the mend. Whew. The pain was horrible. So thankful. Thank you.
