I scheduled an appointment for 10:10. Upon arrival and check in I checked the app and it said I would be called back at 11:00. Then the time got pushed back to 11:30. I don't understand why you allow appointments when that time is not even closed to honored. I waited for an hour and a half AFTER my appointment time. When you are sick the LAST place you want to be is in a waiting room with other sick people. It would have been great if the app showed the wait time before you actually got to the office. What is the point of having an appointment if you are just lumped in with everyone else?

It became clear to me I was getting very sick with a respiratory issue. AFC welcomed walk-in clients and was nearby, so I drove there feeling pitiful. I was amazed at how streamlined check-in was, and expected a longer wait with so many sick. All staff was professional and focused on being sure what your needs were. Gave me meds, contacted the pharmacy and on my way to feeling better.

I came to the office with cold symptoms and the office was full. The staff was so amazing even asking if anyone wanted a water🫶🏼 When I was called in the nurse was so amazing and explained everything I asked and made me laugh, even though I was feeling sick. The nurse practitioner was great. I felt I was taken care very well. There are all so friendly, and professional. Everyone at the office apologized that the waiting time was longer than normal.
