I’ve never used an urgent care or walk in clinic before so I didn’t what to expect but thinking crowded and run down.  This clinic is clean, pretty and the staff is amazing.  In and out in no time and this included X-rays. Plus I just got a call (that I missed) checking in on me.  I hope I don’t need to go back but if I do this is the place.  And I will recommend it to my friends and family.

Normally check in staff are very nice, this visit they were lukewarm and could have been more communicative. The office was running 1.5 hours behind. I had childcare issues, so this was a problem. However, it didn't seem to be an issue with the staff and their care of patients. I'm chalking it up to this location being a brand new office. My provider came in to my room as soon as he heard I had such an extended wait time. Otherwise, the providers seem knowledgeable and caring.
