Unfortunately I wasn’t to catch any names but I had an incredible appointment! Scheduling on Solv was quick and easy, wait time was roughly 5-10 minutes after my scheduled ‘appointment’, was treated quickly! In and out visit, roughly 45 minutes all together! I highly recommend this urgent care!

The person who helped me was not nice to me, simply because my English pronunciation is not very good and someone else had to help me with my analysis.

The staff was very nice , quick turnaround time . I booked a mid day appointment.  The Dr. was great !  She took the time to go through with all of my symptoms and options . She gave me rather appropriate medication to help get me bettter

The staff was very professional, very friendly, and so thorough. This was one of the best experiences I have had with medical care. I also loved the diversity in the staff and would certainly consider them first should I need urgent care services. Diversity matters to me and I demonstrate that with my dollars.

I fell Friday the 21st, hit my head and hurt my hand. I hit a stone wall. I texted a friend who sent me help. Saturday the thumb on my left hand was completely black and blue and sore. A friend told me to text American Family Care for an appointment and I did, and I got an appointment for that afternoon. I got there at 1:15 for my 1:30 appt. I had to wait until almost 2:00, but it was well worth the wait! I was brought into the exam room by Rosio who took my vitals. The NP, Ruby Yagnil, came in to speak with me. I was sent for X-rays on my left hand. The young woman was extremely gentle and patient with me. All in all, I will definitely use this facility in the future if I want excellent care. My kudos to all!

It was so easy to schedule an appointment online.  The staff were friendly and efficient.   The nurse practitioner listened to my concerns and patiently explained everything.   Prescription was called into my pharmacy before I got back to my car.   Highly recommend!!

Provider was very invasive on my personal space while just talking to me. She got way to close and touchy when not examining me with no mask on. It made me uncomfortable. There was no need for her to be so close. Other than that, all the staff was very professional and helpful.

Very easy to schedule on line I was able to get an apt when needed Staff friendly and helpful Doctor awesome  My only compliant is even with an apt I had a wait time but would definitely return and recommend

Took my husband in quickly for bronchitis. He had a 3 hour wait at carewrll on Lincoln street and left. I called American family staff was great attentive quick and very polite
