First, my original appointment was canceled because "We don't have a provider for today would you like to reschedule?" This first appointment was made a day in advance mind you. Strike one. Next day, I went to my 5:00 appointment, got there at 4:38 and was waiting until 6:05 to see someone about my sinus infection I'd been fighting for 5 days. Strike two. The nurse practitioner proscribed Prednisone to help breathe but refused to proscribe a simple antibiotic like Amoxicillin to kill the actual infection. Quoth she - "Well you've already had this for 5 days so you really don't need it. Ask your doctor to get it for you." WHAT? The whole idea of going to see her was to end this now, not later. Strike three. I wonder if she would be so aloof it was her kid or her mother who had this problem. I'm thinking no. Just a warning folks, it's run by a bunch of kids who don't know what side of the playpen smells the worst. Good luck to you.

I made the appointment due to flu symptoms. Due to lack of attention the results were flawed. Sent to local ER for chest X-ray. At ER, X-ray lab, my name was not on the order. Hospital took X-ray. Tried to fix issue with clinic. Never received call from clinic. I called next day. Rep did not know what I was talking about. Someone would call me. No one did. I went to another urgent care next day. Diagnosed with the flu and a lung infection.

Great place to get your blood pressure taken or a rapid test.  If you need any in tune care go to ReadyMed or your primary care.

Desk attendant who checked me in was thorough and pleasant, but his counterpart who was also working at the desk was coughing uncontrollably and announcing how sick she was and continously mentioning that she was going to need to throw up. She went as far as asking him to switch seats with her so she could be closer to the bathroom. The male assistant encouraged her to go home and she said "no" because she was trying to keep as much sick time as possible. With how horrible she sounded and announcing her need to vomit multiple times while in the lobby I was surprised and disappointed that a supervisor working in the health industry did not send her home. I also had test results sent out. I had called back 3x and waited one hold for 15 minutes each time for someone to share my results with me. I currently have not received them. The medical assist was professional and caring. She seemed like she enjoyed her job. The doctor also was helpful but said due to my infection being viral there was not much that could be done except gargle with salt water. It's now 7 days later and I am still sick.

Came here for lung pain and needed an x-ray. I waited for over an hour and when they finally took me back into the room, they told me there was no x-ray techs on site. I was in the middle of my work day and wasted an hour and a half because they didn’t disclose this when I first told them why I was there. Had to go all the way to Marlboro where I was in and out.

Nurse was fantastic, nurse practitioner provided zero benefit.  Couldn’t even tell me what medicine to provide my child.   Told me to Check with my primary care doctor.  I can’t get in to my primary care which is why I went there.  What’s the point of going to urgent care if the medical professional is unable to tell you what to do regarding your symptoms.

We had a 1pm appointment, we got there early but didn't get called back until 2:25, we then sat in the back for another hour before we left without seeing a physician out of frustration. We were told we were next in line multiple times only to have multiple people taken before us. We made an appointment elsewhere while waiting. Poorly organized, lack of care for patients and lack of urgency overall.

I came in with symptoms of a sinus infection which I am prone to. I was told by the PA that medical standard is to not prescribe antibiotics until after 8 days as that is when a viral infection turns bacterial. I was on day 3, understood, but told her I have a history of getting these. I may as well be talking to a robot. She kept saying the same thing over and over. Day 5 I could not lift my head off my pillow as the infection came out full course. Thankfully my primary who LISTENS to her patients, reviewed my history and prescribed the needed med. my primary said that patients are all different and need to reviewed independently.

Started feeling UTI coming on in the morning, ended up going to Urgent care late afternoon. Easy Check in for a walk in appointment. Did everything on my phone a little difficulty technically but the receptionist was very kind and helped me with the issue in no time at all and I was checked in. Wait time not to bad for walking in. Nurse assistant very pleasant and explained everything. Dr came in shortly told me the issue said she would call my pharmacy and be sure they could fill my script before close. Got to my Pharmacy and my script was ready for pick up. Thank you Urgent Care Holden! I would recommend this provider.
