Scheduled a physical for work ahead of time. Got there 20 minutes early. 3 walk in patients who all stated they had never been there got taken before my scheduled work appt. I was on work time so that was not appreciated at all. I was finally taken 20 minutes after my scheduled appt(40 mins wasted). I would have thought an appt meant to be upheld and honored. The actual physical was mere minutes maybe 2 to 3 so that was fine. Staff was friendly. Clinic seemed immaculate. Overall got what I needed.

I had no problem scheduling my appointment, but when I arrived, I was unable to register online. It kept freezing. The girl gave me an iPad. Same thing kept happening, but she had me try it twice before I had to change to the writing. It took an awful long time like 40 minutes to check in. they claim it was a new system, but rather than call and try to get it fixed. They just had people keep trying couple people left. once I was registered, everything else went fine

Did not have the ease of being tested for my physical. The instrument being use to determine lung capacity was not working. I was light headed and did that breath device more than 10 times. I was doing it correctly and should’ve been done the first or second try. Also that should have been done first before I got my blood drawn. I was light headed. I hope my results don’t impede me working.

This location needs automatic doors for exiting and entering for people using walkers, rollers or canes. Also you need high handicapped toilets in your restrooms. These low toilets don’t work for tall handicapped people even though they have bars there. Finally, I recently had my hip replaced and am tall. I needed help up out of the chair when they called me. The woman who came out said she’s not there to lift me. One of the ladies waiting in the lobby was a nurse and offered to help. She was awesome but I needed just a little more help on my other arm to get me up. The woman was like I don’t know if we can help you and said she’d be back. I sat there for another 15 minutes until she came back out with another lady and they helped me up. All she had to do was grab my arm before and help a little w the lady who was a nurse.

Staff is always quick and kind and it’s the cleanest urgent care I’ve ever seen.

Appointment scheduled for 12:30, arrival time was set at 12:15, I arrived at 12.08 and checked in. Reviewed the wait time and there were 5 scheduled besides me , with 2 walk ins. My long story -short, I didn't get home until 3:00 and I live 5 minutes away. Not so sure I will go back.

The staff was wonderful with my toddler. Made it very comfortable for both of us. Very thorough staff and fast results.

Scheduling was fast and easy. Check in was fast and easy. Diamond took me in right after check in, she was very professional and very well educated. I felt very comfortable with her and the Doctor. I was in and out within 45 minutes with answers and medication sent to preferred pharmacy. I will continue to go back again and again!

After being unable to schedule appointment with my GP, I made a 6 pm appointment at AFC for cough and chest congestion.  Wait time was short.  Dr and staff were friendly and professional.

Excellent, pleasant, friendly staff! I would definitely recommend AFC to friends and family. Even though the wait was a little longer then anticipated the staff made me feel comfortable and showed empathy.
