Easy to book an appt ahead of time. Office staff were kind and the entire facility was so clean.

I was feeling so lousy and the thought of sitting in a waiting room for a long time made me question going to get care. I can’t believe how quickly I was seen, how wonderful the staff was and the ease of it all. My provider was so great! I’ll never go to another urgent care but AFC North Worcester!

It was easy to make an appointment online, but not so easy checking in. After I used the online check in, I went up to the receptionist to make sure everything was allset for my appointment, she assured me it was ok. 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled time frame, I ask again if everything was ok because I was still not called in. There was a problem with my check in and I never was checked in correctly the first time. If she had only paid attention to my request earlier I wouldnt have had to wait over 45 minutes extra in the waiting room.

Brought my granddaughter in for fever and so throat.  Staff was great !!  Friendly and caring.  Scheduling an appointment on line was very easy.  Our wait time to get into a room to be seen, in my opinion, was unsatisfactory.  We had an 11:00 appointment and never go into a room till almost 12:30.  Because of the staff I would use this urgent care again.  Hopefully the wait would be better.

After two weeks of fighting a cold, I went to the clinic to be checked out. Very friendly and helpful. I’d never gone to a  walk in clinic before but now will keep it in mind.

I had a frustrating experience at this Urgent Care center. Owen at reception was excellent—friendly and efficient, which was a positive start. However, my interaction with the medical provider was disappointing. I went in with a sore throat and sudden ankle pain and swelling, but the provider didn't even bother to examine my ankle before dismissing it as simply a result of being a "big guy”, and when he entered the room his first comment was one of annoyance about having to address my ankle issues given that he told Owen when I called to go somewhere else if I thought I needed an X-Ray. Despite this, I explained that I work on my feet all day in retail and that the pain was so bad I was limping at work and had to sit down the last two hours of my shift the night before, and that I had to call out of work today because of that and to get seen. He still told me I didn’t need an X-ray or a follow-up, advising me to ice it, and reiterated that I should return to work—where I’m on my feet for over 8 hours and I couldn’t do the night before. He also mentioned his wife had similar ankle issues, which felt entirely irrelevant to my situation. As for my sore throat, the provider didn’t examine it or listen to my breathing. Instead, he recommended I use Flonase, despite me explaining that I had already tried it for two weeks under my PCP's recommendation with no improvement.  It felt like I was more of an inconvenience than a patient. The medical assistant and Owen at reception were great, and the wait time was more than reasonable, but beyond that, I wouldn’t consider this to be quality medical care. It left me feeling unheard, dismissed, and not properly treated.

Quick and easy visit for 92 year old mother. Will definitely go back if needed.

ALL the staff was friendly, kept me up-to-date because they had an emergency & the facility was immaculate.

Was really sick with a fever sore throat. Called them 15 minutes before closing and they welcomed me in for treatment. Before that I went down to urgent care on Lincoln st first for 730 pm. The doors were open when I walked in but they turned me away because they said they were closing up at 8 soon. Like really u still have half an hour on the clock. Anyhow I left and went to Afc and was taken great care by there physicians and would recommend to go there first.

Had to have a hearing test for work.  Staff was friendly!  Waiting area was clean and welcoming.
