Scheduling was fine. Check in was disorganized. The wait time was ridiculous. I was seen an hour and a half past my scheduled time. I'm wondering what the point was of making an appt. The provider seemed competent and stretched thin. My only gripe was that he coughed into his hand and immediately gloved without washing hands or sanitizing.

Waiting room was cold and dirty, the provider barely spent any time with me and even though I had an open sore all I got was a glorified bandaid put on it.

I walked in for shortness of breath. I was worried and the staff, each person I interacted with, was so kind and empathetic and professional. They listened carefully, asked questions to clarify and then began monitoring me. Including my visit to CVS next door to pick up the prescription they ordered, I was finished and back home in an hour. I would highly recommend!

The staff were extremely patient and sweet! I showed up rather close to closing, and they were very polite. I was in an out in less than half an hour and I feel much better about my health.

Just did a walk in with my 2 little ones. The woman at the front t desk was excellent and helped me with registration and sign in. Barely any wait time and the help from the woman at the front desk was exceptional! Definately would recommend.

I went to the Stafford Street location on Sunday morning for my DOT medical examination. The wait time was about 15 minutes, which was fine. But it then took almost 2 1/2 hours to complete my physical. First the practitioner questioned if she should pass me due to my vision. This was despite me bringing in a Vision Evaluation Report (DOT for MCSA-5871) and a Field of Vision test from my optometrist. The practitioner did not think she should pass me until she saw someone at AFC passed me last year with the exact same paperwork. Second, the practitioner found ear wax in my ear and said she could not pass me with wax in my ears, even if the wax did not impact my hearing - which it did not. She said that if I did not let them clean the ear then she would fail me and I would have to come back. I had to provide my insurance card and a credit card (in case insurance did not cover the cost of the cleaning) before the procedure and even then they could not tell me how much it would cost. A DOT physical should not take 2 1/2 hours, and the patient should not have to have the practitioner (a nurse practitioner) question his optometrist (and the tests she administered) or require an ear cleaning that does not impact hearing and costs the patient out of pocket.
