I explained to the staff that I needed a regular Covid PCR nuclear test for returning back to the office. I emphasized that I need the regular PCR nuclear test (not the rapid one) as per our company policy the rapid tests are not accepted. They said yes, and then at the end they provided me with the paperwork for the Rapid PCR test. I forwarded to my company, and it was not accepted. I went back to AFC Urgent Care and they said that they used to do the regular PCR nuclear test, but that now they do not do it any longer as they do not have the transportation tubes to send the swab test to the lab for results. They did not change their advertising online to indicate that they ONLy do Rapid Covid test. Usually these rapid tests are not acceptable by companies for returning back to work. I waisted over two hours there waiting for a test that they false advertised, and then the paperwork they gave me was useless as I told them from the beginning. On top of everything, they did charge my insurance company for the test anyway. Beware of their false advertising practices, and about charging you for a test that you cannot use to go back to work.
