Front office staff was very friendly and efficient ….  I waited an hour and a half to see a Provider who spent about 8 minutes with me , maybe she had a train to catch …. Also , shouldn’t one be advised that a Provider , not a Doctor, was going to see me … and she spoke too fast , couldn’t keep up with the conversation…. I appreciate the appointment on Christmas Day but would not recommend this health care facility ..

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and a red and swollen uvula. I drove right to the clinic without an appointment and I was able to check min immediately as a walk in patient. Waited maybe 15 min or so and that’s with two patients ahead of me in the waiting room. The staff was so attentive and friendly. The doctor had excellent bedside manner and I was very satisfied with the care I received. I had my meds and was feeling better within a hour of leaving the clinic. Would definitely recommend!

The assistant who prepped me was very nice and knew what she was doing clearly. And the PA (I already forgot his name) was clear with his diagnosis and great bedside manner. Made sure he took the time to answer any questions.

Dr. Ankit was great and knowledgeable about my symptoms. Able to provide care and further direction while easing my fears.

So many great things to say about AM/PM Bergenfield, in particular the provider who cared for me (and my sinusitis) this time & last: courteous, professional, caring, prompt (so important for an 11 pm appointment!), thorough, and effective!!  Scheduling online was easy, staff was efficient and organized, intake person did his job nicely, and meds got called in quickly to the pharmacy just as promised. Superstars all around — highly recommended!!!

Scheduling was very quick and simple.I arrived and the girls in front were terrific.They had me in an examination room within 15 mins including taking vital signs.Long story short,Doc checked me out told me what was wrong and called my pharmacy.It’s the next day and I’m already feeling much better.These people are wonderful.Every time they take great care of me.i would highly recommend them.

I can’t imagine going anywhere else after this incredible experience with such a remarkable team of professionals. The level of care I received was truly exceptional; the medical staff was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly quick in diagnosing and treating my needs. I appreciated their flexibility with my co-pay situation—they prioritized getting me in for treatment over immediate payment of my co-pay. They even offered to bill me so I could take care of it later. This approach truly made a difference and showed how much they genuinely care about their patients.

Everything was great except for a prolonged waiting time. Understand it was due to high volume of sick visits due to cough season.

Second time at this location. Wonderful staff. My Doctor was great. Had staples in my scalp removed quickly and without pain.

Nurse and doctor were very nice and had great bedside manners. Made me feel comfortable and at ease.
