I was early and they still took care of me right away and was so nice!

So easy to use and very responsive staff.

Made a same day appointment and was in and out in 15 minutes.

Showed up early to my appointment and the nurse still took care of me quickly. She was very friendly and informative. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Very glad I came here!

I had an appointment for 9am today and they were not open. No communication, no calls to inform me at all. I waited for 30 minutes and called another location to see if they could contact them somehow and was told there’s no way of doing that.

I mistakenly walked into to let lobby and the lady was rude. I followed the instructions on the website but didn’t read the board outside the door. The lady that took my covid test was awesome.

Should have said up front that you don’t take insurance

solv didn’t send me paperwork to fill out ahead of time, clinic worker seemed upset about that. also they don’t take insurance and solv asked me to fill out my insurance info so that’s shady. in & out quick but when i arrived 2 min before my appt they acted like i was an inconvenience.
