I came in with a broken toe and the staff and nurses were amazing. Although I was a bit put off that they did not read the paperwork that I took the time to fill out. I know this because they were not aware of the medication that I was on that I listed. I let it go. Wonderful staff! The person who saw me, verified that my toe had been broken at some point and it started to heal. Then he told me he was going to prescribe me pain medication. That was very sweet, however had he read my chart or paperwork, at all, he would have been aware that I am already on pain medication for a spinal surgery. When I pointed out to him that he had not read anything about me, he became very rude and dismissive and told me that the only other thing I could do would be to go see a podiatrist because the toe had already started to heal. I asked him what I could do to alleviate the pain besides medication and his answer was - Go see a podiatrist. He did provide me with a prescription for gabapentin, which he said was for pain and nerves, as if to say - Look I came up with something that you were not taking! Even though I'm taking hydrocodone and Lyrica. I will never stay at Apex again if that is the only physician that I am able to see and that saddens me because we have turned to Apex for years for our Urgent Care needs.

My daughter was taken here by a friend due to an accident with a coffee table and she was in need of stitches. They acted quickly and called me for consent. I was so happy to arrive seeing they were already helping my daughter. Their bedside manner kept my 3-year-old daughter at ease. They were wonderful!

I tripped today and messed up my hand. I called. They said definitely come in from the front desk to the nurse practitioner to the x-ray lady to being checked out with some of the best and caring care that I've gotten for a long time they kept me aware of what they were doing. Talk to where I could understand it not in some technical language very clean a very good experience

This Urgent Care location is still the best place I have ever visited. Nice when you arrive knowing they will provide the utmost care for you and your family. Absolutely a wonderful visit today. Very impressed but not surprised after reading a couple of the reviews. Highly recommend this location to anyone who wants a great place to go for health care.

Awesome staff that have a great personality!!! Showed that they actually cared about me ad a person and made me laugh while doing it.

I was out of town when I felt an ear infection coming in. I scheduled an appt for Saturday morning and was seen quickly. Dr was nice and friendly. His explanation of the ear infection was informative. In and out quickly!! I love this place.

Took my baby in because he had a fever and his pcp was already closed and this loc is fairly close to my house everything went pretty good  and all until the doctor came in and checked him , she quickly said it was an ear infection didn’t do any other testing besides checking his ears which I   thought it was weird  considering most doctors do more testing than that specially since his a 1 year old baby . Anyhow the next day I took him to his PCP in Texas children and it turn out that his EARS WERE FINE  and my son tested positive for pneumonia. Smfh if she would have done  little bit of more testing she would known my son real diagnosis instead of just taking 20 sec coming in and out . I don’t recall the doctors name but she was an older Indian lady. I usually like seeing the other doctor which I don’t recall his name but he is a tall African American guy , he sure seems to care more than this doctor .

The staff are so professional and the place is so clean and welcoming.

I’ve used this care center before and the experience is always great. Very clean office with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They really help you feel better! I would definitely recommend this provider.

Had a bad case of Vertigo.  Staff were friendly and was able to take me in right away.  Gave me immediate treatment and the doctor knew right away how to treat.  Would highly recommend!
