Late afternoon experiencing pain and frequent urination.  First time to go to this Urgent Care Facility and had a good experience.  Staff was professional and friendly.  Doctor was professional and really listened.  I would recommend Apex Urgent Care to everyone in need of urgent care.

Experienced troubling symptoms.  Front desk receptionist was incredibly professional.  I’m 65 and this person was heads and shoulders above all previous encounters!  The doctor was informative, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt cared for and he spent additional time educating me without exhibiting a “holier than how attitude “.  I wish he could be my primary care physician!

I tried getting in to see my primary care physician but was unable to get in for a couple days.  I was suffering with an allergy attack and unable to get relief from over the counter meds. I called Apex to see if they took my insurance  was very fortunate to walk in and fill out the paperwork  without any delays. I was seen immediately afterwards. The doctor was very courteous and caring as was the rest of the staff. I felt my concerns were taken seriously and I would not hesitate to go back again should I ever need immediate medical attention.

My son dislocated his middle finger and we needed to get him treated right away.  The check-in process was very easy and quick.  He was seen right away.  The staff was extremely friendly and helped him calm down.  The procedure was quick and successful.

I woke up feeling unwell and with a fever that kept rising, so went to Apex since it is convenient to my house. Even without an appointment, I still did not have an excessive wait time. Every member of the staff was very friendly and didn’t act rushed while working with me. After I was diagnosed, my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy right away so that I could pick them up quickly. I would definitely go back to this location for any urgent care needs.
