I went to Next level urgent care down the road because I’ve been there multiple times this year and noticed they were lacking knowledge and bedside manners recently. When I went to get my sinus infection treated, they disregarding all my symptoms and gave me cough syrup. My friend came here for the same issue a week ago, and it was night and day between the places. The staff was very friendly, they listened to my symptoms/concerns, and they actually looked at throat and sinuses. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. Came back for California trip sick and went to Apex in and out quickly and diagnosis of acute sinusitis. Doc called  in meds so I should be on the mend soon! Def recommend!

I was experiencing stomach pain since Oct, so much that every three I go experience chap pain in my abdomen with vomiting and diarrhea. My daughter finally took me to Apex Care emergency room, they were thorough, caring and professional. I thank all staff that attend to me. You are the best.

Have had a bad sore throat and ear pain for several days. Provider did not listen well, instead had made up mind before hearing what I had to say. Since I did not have a fever or high blood pressure she wasn’t very interested. Didn’t even look at my ears. Was administered a PCR test but never received any confirmation regarding the test was sent or any results.

I scheduled my appointment online, entered all my information. Got to my appointment right on time was seen very fast. The girl at the front desk needed some coffee but other than that the doctors were great and so was the medical assistant.
