I scheduled my appointment online, entered all my information. Got to my appointment right on time was seen very fast. The girl at the front desk needed some coffee but other than that the doctors were great and so was the medical assistant.

Sat in the waiting room for 20-30 min before I was brought back to see the doctor. There were only 4 other patients in the room with me. Told the receptionist and the nurse I was having flu like symptoms. I’m brought back, then told they were out of flu swabs. I opted to do a Covid swab which they said would take 10 min for results. I sat on the table for 20+ minutes until I gathered my things and walked out. Where I was met by the doctor. He immediately said my results were negative but he wanted to do another type of bacterial virus swab. This swab was immediately taken and the doctor came right back in my room. This is extremely irritating it took me waiting until I couldn’t sit there any longer and walking out to get the doctor’s attention.  I will never be returning to an Apex Urgent Care because of this experience.

Had an accident where I ended up with a second degree burn on my hand.  The wait time and staff were very quick to get me taken care of and the physician was excellent.  If I ever have a future emergencies, I will be going back here. Definitely would recommend this place for any emergency needs.

The wait time was a little longer than I anticipated. We were the only ones in there. I would have much rather physical paperwork vs doing it on the phone. The connection was poor and it took forever to load each question section. I had to retake the pictures of my ID and I could never get it to load. If that was why the wait time took longer cause the connection was lagging, that’s disappointing.  The nurse practitioner was very nice and warming. Everyone else was as expected for an urgent care. I would probably go back if I had an urgent situation.

It’s always a great visit when I go to urgent care. The staff is wonderful. I’m checked in quickly and then moved into a room. So easy to schedule an appointment as well.

Late afternoon experiencing pain and frequent urination.  First time to go to this Urgent Care Facility and had a good experience.  Staff was professional and friendly.  Doctor was professional and really listened.  I would recommend Apex Urgent Care to everyone in need of urgent care.
