Scheduled an appointment for 1pm and didn’t get pulled till 2pm. Then I was waiting in the room for another 30 minutes.  They are obviously low staff and need to have more doctors there. The whole reason of scheduling was to avoid a long wait period and I was there for 1hr and 45 minutes total for a simple test.

Made the appointment and filled out the paperwork online before we went. Arrived 15 minutes early as requested.  Although there was only one gentleman in the clinic with us, and he left within 15 minutes, we still waited one full hour before the doctor came into our room. They have signs up in the waiting room saying they are enrolling patients for primary care and I was actually thinking about asking for details but decided not to after that wait. I could only imagine what it would be like if they were busy.

During check-in I was asked questions about things such as how I was related to the persons name on my insurance that I already filled out online. I was also incorrectly charged for my visit at first and had to pay again at the end of my appointment. (Had to pay more because it was a physical)

Scheduling and check-in were seamless. Staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Glad I decided to go there. Would recommend this facility and provider.

Best place to ho if you want the best care.  Love them. Wait time was under 7 minutes,  Remarkable.  The cost has no comparison to others. This place is the very best

I booked my appointment first thing in morning and was out of the office within 45 min. I felt heard and cared for. Would recommend!!

Was able to book my appointment same day. The medical assistant and nurse practitioner were very friendly. Ask me what my issue was. I had a bad cough and lots of mucus. Ran some test and prescribed me the medicine I needed to get better. Highly recommend!!

Easy to schedule. Caring and loving staff. Office was neat and clean. Doctor explain everything perfectly. Will definitely be visiting again.

Was sick the day before, decided to get checked up the next morning, was my first ever time with a doctor on my own. They were nice and attentive - and got me in and out despite some early morning troubles with the power.

Had an issue breathing with lung congestion. Used the app to make an appointment and they took me in right away. Dr was knoledgable, friendly staff, excellent clinic.
