Took my son to Urgent and the practioner told us that he had some kind of infection. Not test run or anything. Gave him an antibiotic to take. Week later this visit took came back as could not get into our general dr. First was going to test for mono and decided not to. Same practitioner said she googled the symptoms and believe he has some kind of knot that will need to be operated on but not really sure. Sent them on their way. Ended up taking him to the ER. Found out that with a simple test (that the Urgent care nurse opened and then tossed in the garbage without using) that he in fact did have MONO! not only did we waste our time and money at the urgent care but it could have been worse as the antibiotic she prescribe originally should not be given to someone diagnosed with MONO!! So four hours and $100 co-pay we got the diagnosis of mono which could have be given with the simple test the practioner chose not to use and tossed unused in the trash!!! We have lost all confidence and will not be going back.

I went on line and made an appt. Easy and fast. I had to still give receptionist my cards eventhough I uploaded them online. Diagnosis was inaccurate and not much investigating to figure it out. Broken toe but no pain in area that xray showed. Turns out fracture was in another area. No instructions given or information to say how to care for injury. Never asked about pain, rating it or otherwise. If I required anything for pain it did not matter to this practitioner. It was disappointing treatment because they were the only option available to me without waiting days to be seen in an office.

Made appointment online. Made wait time very minimal.

Everyone was Professional and kind.

I am from out of state and the pa made the right call sending me for labs at ER. She didn’t feel she could let me go without er labs. She was scared of sepsis. White count very elevated. They admitted me to receive ’intravenous antibiotics

It was good didn’t take long had a appointment and I booked it online person was courteous yes it was yes friendly yes convenient wasn’t long like 10 minutes yes had did everything online nice good and yes it was 40 dollars yes convenience good about 10 minutes yes I did online so I booked it online very good nice and kyes it was

These three girls had it going on :). From the receptionist who was on it to the nurse and the nurse practitioner!!!! I mean super good. Super fast and got it taken care of. This is what happens when the ladies run the show. Hard workers. All three of them !!!! Super impressed !
