It took 40 minutes for me to do something that takes 10 minutes to do at most. Wait time was ridiculous

Waited for over an hour just to see the doctor and the remarks made were not professional to say about patients.

The nurse practitioner was so kind, very knowledgeable, very professional, and very understanding. All other staff were kind, understanding and professional as well. The wait time was very reasonable.

I’m not sure if it’s the facility is short-staffed or what, but it seems a little silly to make an appointment for 9:20am and not be seen until 11:30am. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment online?

Getting into my room was no problem, but after that it took an hour and a half to even been seen. She never once fully examined me. She checked my ears, looked at my throat and felt my head. That was it but diagnosed me with a respiratory infection so I’m not sure how that works. It was almost like she was afraid to come near me and that’s not exactly how you want to feel when seeing a doctor

Booking appointment online is very easy for in person or virtual visits. Staff are obviously over worked and overwhelmed but have been friendly and informative every time.
