I think the provider could have possibly listened a little longer I requested an IV bag because I felt dehydrated I ended up going to the ER right after and turns out I was correct, I could have saved money and time. I think personal conversations were taken place outside of patient rooms that could have been private and shelves were very dusty. I do question the cleanliness of the place it definitely needs more care and I think taking the time to actually listen and not rush me out would have been good

My provider came in didn’t even state her name just said ‘ hi I’m your provider for tonight , I hear you have etc etc going on ‘ before I could even begin to explain she was checking my ears confirmed how I felt then goes okay going to order you antibiotics, never asked if I had any questions or other concerns . Came back to the room with a discharge paperwork , didn’t tell me what meds were being ordered didn’t even explain my diagnoses , I had to stop her mid run of the room to confirm if this is why I’ve been getting dizzy . Then she was off . This office was not busy and even then that isn’t an excuse . I only gave two stars for friendliness because the nurse who checked my vitals was very professional.
