Super easy and quick to schedule an appointment. The visit was thorough and they listened to my concerns. I felt they did everything they could have. It was an overall pleasant experience even though I was not feeling well.

It is totally a game changer to be able to schedule an appointment for urgent care, my primary care doctor’s office said they don’t have appointments in next two weeks. I am glad that I went there, Dr. Gill is very thorough and caring. He listened to me very patiently and answered my questions and concerns. He is definitely in a right profession and passionate to help people.

Had been having problem with my COPD and could not get it under control.  Feeling better as I’m leaving and hopeful I will continue to feel better. Very short wait when I arrived. A bit longer before the doctor came in. Breathing treatments and really glad to have left in under 2 hours. Very professional and skilled physician.

Was able to make appointment for next day on my time check in was convenient they were ready for me when I got there

The receptionist needs to smile more. She isn't welcoming at all and doesn't greet patients. She probably hate her job. She sat on the right side and closed to the smaller room and bathroom.

I had an ear ache that went into full blown action with pain & discharge. Got right in , got it diagnosed & treated.  A kind  &  caring team. Thank you !!

I scheduled my appointment and overall experience was great.

The doctor and staff were all very kind and informative!  I was happy with the quality of care.  However, I did have an appointment and the wait time to see the doctor was a little too long.  Waited about an hour after my appointment time before I was seen and they didn’t seem to be swamped with patients so I’m not sure why it took so long.  The care is good though and I will return if need be

I walked into Armstrong Urgent Care without an appointment, just 15 minutes before closing. Despite the late hour, the entire staff, including the Doctor in Residency and Dr. Gill, treated me with exceptional care and compassion. I was seen promptly, and I especially appreciated Dr. Gill's attentive approach in addressing my medical needs. I’ve also brought my toddler here a couple of times for urgent care, and we’ve had the same positive experience each time. I’m truly grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and excellent care we've consistently received. Thank you, Dr. Gill and Armstrong Urgent Care.

Fast but still listens!! I don’t mind waiting especially for a Dr who listens to their patients here you don’t have to . Its not going over every issue its straight to the point of your visit but still be treated kindly
