Family has been going to St.V’s Hazel Dell since they first opened back when they were located across the hall. Suffered through dealing with the front desk troll (IYkYK) and they’ve taken care of sprains/stitches effectively. As for illnesses, have been repeatedly misdiagnosed and needed to either return and/or go somewhere else for a proper diagnosis. Pretty sure I could walk in there dying and they’d tell me I had a cold. They clearly have an agenda.

If you haven’t had a Covid vaccination stay far away from these ladies. I came in with a terrible flu and the lady who acted like a doctor asked me if I was vaccinated. I told her no and her demeanor immediately changed. She told me that’s likely the reason why I was sick in the first place. I told her all my symptoms and she very confidently told me I likely have Covid but in a way it felt almost like she enjoyed saying it to me and thought that I “got what was coming to me.” So she orders to run instant and lab Covid tests on me and the instant came back negative. I asked for antibiotics to help with my flu symptoms but she insisted that the instant tests weren’t reliable and I had to wait for the lab result. Lab result came back negative and she still never issued me antibiotics for my flu, just a bill of $120. I RARELY get sick but when I do it hits pretty hard. I’m a particularly healthy person and I was made to suffer with no treatment because of the hubris of these clinicians. If you want honest and helpful healthcare please seek it elsewhere.

I had a serious health concern that came up and labs needed to be done, but somehow my labs got mixed with something else and everything got screwed up. I was then asked if I had a primary care because I could always go see them if I needed more labs drawn. That is not the correct response you expect from someone when they screw up your labs. It was almost as if they had more important things to do and more important people to take care of. I won’t be coming back here again.
