Excellent service, just the wait was a bit long. If you don't have an appointment, be prepared to wait 2-3 hours or more. The rest was great.

Excellent customer service, triage was great. The doctor took time to listen to me and figure out a plan for me. Everything was great. I would definitely recommend this office.

The ladies at this location have always been very friendly, kind, caring, helpful and very good bedside manner. When my son becomes ill so do I and they treat both of us. This helps so much as a relief to know we can receive care and not having to drive my son all over the place.

I wasn’t feeling well the day prior so I booked an appointment for the next day after work. Getting checked in was super easy. Unfortunately, they were short staffed so I did have to wait awhile, but once being seen Kelsey was wonderful. Talked me through everything she was doing and made easy recovery recommendations.

The receptionist, Intake Nurse and physician were AMAZING! I have utilized Ascension for my past 3 DOT Physical Exams and I have received exceptional support/service each & every visit! A+++

Check-in clerk was outstanding. Nurse practitioner did a great job. I was in and out thank you very much.

This was a follow up appointment (from a different location, but still AST) to see if the diagnosis had changed. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating with my crying child who was in pain. The NP was thorough and open to my requests for retesting of certain ailments. The triage nurse was very nice and accommodating to make my child feel comfortable and even help carry my belongings to our room. I never felt rushed during the hour we were there retesting and testing for new problems. While we didn't come to a solid conclusion on a diagnosis, I felt the provider did everything they could.

I have always loved this clinic. Yesterday I took my daughter to the clinic. The ladies was great. The problem I've got is with the billing department. The lady said there is a balance of $170. I ask what for, and was told they can't pull up the billing information. I was given a number to call. I called the billing people, and of course I get someone who doesn't speak very good English. It went downhill from there. I couldn't make any sense of why I owed $170 when I have insurance, and the doctor didn't run any test or anything extra. Just a quick check up, the usual stuff. Now I'm concerned I'm going to owe another $170 again after this appointment. I had to leave a card on file so they can run the balance if not paid. Her father is suppose to pay her medical expenses, and I tried to verify they had the correct address. I don't have that kind of money. I think it's bullshit that no one in the clinic can help you with account information. I'm totally disappointed. I've lost faith in this place too!

Once again ASTUC to the rescue! My youngest and I both got sick earlier this week and just three short days later my oldest got sick as well. They were able to get us in and out in a timely manner. Dawn and Jamie were working yesterday and knew us by names and treated us professionally and kindly.  They were able to move our prescription due to it being out of stock in record time. Very thankful for this place!
