I first went to the UC on Wilma Rudolph Blvd and sat for 3.5 hours waiting to be seen before learning could just make an appointment. I told the girl I was leaving because I made an appointment at the Tiny Town location thinking she would refund my co-pay. Didn’t happen. I went to Tiny Town and sat for another 45 minutes waiting just to be told nothing was wrong with me except I needed a steroid shot even though I had a huge headache, congestion of the head and sinuses and left ear was in pain. I received no decongesting just a steroid injection and sent home with being charged another co-pay. It was the worst doctor appointment I have ever had. Will not be going back again

I felt myself getting sick, so I scheduled an appointment online (that process was super easy), then filled out all my paperwork online via the link they sent (also super easy). When I arrived I checked in at the desk and was informed since I was VA, the visit might be free. They did not have to tell me that. I was super thankful because things are tight right now. They took my concerns very seriously, testing me right away, and triaging me. I had a pretty high temp and they gave me Motrin in the office and immediately put an icepack under my neck to break the fever. The entire staff was great and I highly recommend using them via the save my spot.

Excellent service from check-in to the caregivers.  My knee was hurting, red, itching around the kneecap and I could not bend it at times.  Dr Hernandez Browning  was very kind, patient, concerned about my knee and explained to me what the problem was.  He prescribed medication that is working very well.  Many thanks to all of you!  I would recommend  Dr Browning  to all that have a medical issue, and wants to be treated with kindness, respect and value.

They were great now built a St. Thomas hospital in Clarksville Tennessee please, we need one here. The staff were wonderful

Took care of us fast and efficiently. It’s snowing outside and our regular doctors office is closed. But this office was open and they helped save the day for my kiddo.

I was a walk in today and they still got me seen in a timely manner. The staff was amazing.

I walked in due to a possible sinus infections. The check in was quick and the desk nurse was very knowledgeable on coverages

I had to wait a bit longer but once seen i was in and out .

The only kind and helpful person there was the receptionist. Everyone else I came in contact with was rude.
