Booked an appointment online. I’ve been sick for a month straight on top of being pregnant and now my kids are sick. The nurse practitioner spent less than 30 seconds looking at us after waiting over an hour past the first scheduled time, only to tell us we have allergies. The waiting room was full of sick children as well. They made us feel unwelcome and burdensome.  I ended up straining an intercostal muscle from coughing so hard later that night which is very painful and then we were diagnosed elsewhere with bacterial pneumonia. This place DOES NOT CARE and should not be qualified to treat people. We will never be back.

It was a great visit since I was a walk in! Our wait time was very minimal. Our provider was very nice and took all precautions knowing we work with children. I highly recommend this place!

I have been here two different times now and both times have had excellent care from the treating physicians. They took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure that I was on the path to getting healthy. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Scheduled an appointment same day, waited an hour passed my appointment time but staff was friendly and nurse knew exactly how to help

Took my daughter to get checked on what she might of had. Rather then them telling is what was wrong her, they just sent us to the ER. What a waste of time.

Attempted to be seen as a walk in at another location 2 1/2 hours before they closed. The website showed only 4 people were ahead of me if I checked in then. My usual location showed 7 so I was afraid I would not have time to be seen. I was told that they had filled all available walk in spots. I drove across town to my usual location that now only showed 4 would be ahead of me. I arrived and was able to check in, be seen and was out the door an hour and a half before they closed. I will stay with my usual location from now on.

First time in this area needing urgent care services and this location was highly recommended by my peers that drives from another side of town just for their services when needed.  I was not disappointed! In fact I was impressed! Yes, there was a bit of a wait but they were honest and communicated from the minute I walked in.  Every staff member worked perfectly as a team that we came in contact with.  They were all very compassionate and kind.

I went in with flulike symptoms. Checking was easy and the person behind the desk was so nice and helpful. The nurse was awesome. Her name was K. The PA took so much time with me and listened to all of my concerns. Great experience

I have been feeling bad for around a week. I woke up this morning not feeling any better but probably worse. I went to the walk-in clinic at eight and was out of there by 8:30. It was very easy to check in. The doctor was an attentive, and I believe diagnosed what I have correctly.
