Was told they were running behind but only waited 20 minutes past my appointment time, which is still better than a drs office. Very professional & friendly!

And to go along with my other review the nurse practitioner that seen is today Thursday was going to prescribe Tamiflu but after talk about symptoms started on Monday she said we were outside the 3 day window for flu symptoms and would not prescribe. Well I have read online that tamiflu does have beneficial benefits for flu after 3 days and technically Monday to Tuesday is 1 day and Tuesday to Wednesday is 2 day and Wednesday to Thursday is 3 days , so I'm thinking was still within the 3 day window but did not get it prescribed. (Side note) when nurse practitioner opened door of exam room to ask if temperature was taken, she called out ("MOM") not sure what that was about

I visited this office when I was sick. The nurses were very nice and friendly. I felt rushed a little bit even though there weren’t many people there. They didn’t offer treatment paperwork on how to treat my symptoms at home. Overall they were pleasant.

My husband actually did the scheduling that allowed me a couple different times.  I was impressed by ease of signing in (a one-page sign in sheet), short wait, immediate attention.  All persons I interacted with were friendly, professional, concerned.  Perhaps best of all was figuring out what was wrong since standard tests were negative but attending person was knowledgeable and persistent.  Thankful for this facility close to home.

I have been suffering with some cold/flu symptoms for about a week, decided to finally go to urgent care and turns out I had RSV. The nurses and doctor were extremely nice and compassionate, I appreciated everything they did.
