I booked an Appointment online with no problems and check-in from my car was convenient. The staff was not as friendly or as thorough as I would have liked, and they sent my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy which was an ordeal because I was not feeling well and had to drive out of my way to get them.

Vaishali and Jeanette were wonderful. Will be recommending  this facility to my family and friends!!

Scheduling a walk-in appointment was easy and able to submit paperwork prior to appointment. Very satisfied with check-in process. The nurse and PA were both very professional and PA diagnosed my condition after a few tests to rule out Covid, flu or strep. I would definitely return.

Been feeling bad for 3 days. Scheduling an appointment was very user friendly.  Greeted by receptionist. Did all paperwork online making my check in smooth. Had to wait about 15 min but was still out of the office is less than an hour. Nurse very nice with triage and the doctor came in to my room soon after. Both easy to understand and waited patiently for my questions. All in all it was a very good experience. Would  highly recommend

I was with family for the holidays and a granddaughter got the flu. Several days later I developed a cough and sputum and got worse. I have always had a good experience with St. Thomas Urgent care. The staff in Mt Juliet were professional and willing to hear the patient’s complaint. Brad was exceptional!  I would like to see him to take his career in medicine further.

Got sick Thursday evening after returning from Pigeon Forge. Went in the next the day to Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care (ASTUC). This is my second time using ASTUC, and as with the previous visit, the entire staff was wonderful. I was treated by NP Bradley Collins who diagnosed me with acute bronchitis. As with my previous visit, NP Collins was attentive, professional, patient and took the time to listen. He then prepared a regimen of medications and took the time to go over the instruction for each medication. Without a doubt, ASTUC and NP Collins were awesome, thank you!

Came in with a sinus infection which was resulting in swelling in my left sinuses. The physician was very kind and attentive to my condition.  Would definitely recommend.

Everyone was so sweet and caring for me and my little one. From the moment we called to the moment we left! Very clean , quick, and professional!
