Was able to book an appt and be seen within an hour. I have been here several times and every time I have been here i have been seen by a nurse practitioner; a different one each time. I say that to say that they both are super caring and take their time to listen to you. They are top notch!

I was seen Monday morning concerning nasal congestion and respiratory issues.  I was tested for Covid and flu and both were negative.  The PA that treated me was great and prescribed an antibiotic and steroid and told me to call in if I needed anything else.  It is joke trying to get anyone on the phone at this location as I had to return to request a cough medicine prescription.  Not anticipating any follow through with this provider.  Do not recommend.

Scheduled an appointment for 2 of my kids. One for 10am and one for 10:20am; we arrived around 9:58am. We didn’t get seen until about 11:45am.  The wait was horrendous considering we had appointments.  The staff was very apologetic though, and provided great care!

Didn't realize I could just pre-check or didn't take the time to look into. I have been in the medical field for years and brought my mom there. I was totally impressed with it all. Wish my insurance would cover visit (but I work for HCA) I would definitely use this place and I will use it again for my mom.

I went in as a walk in . The receptionist was really nice helping get signed in.I waited about 10 minutes then was called back . The staff member was very friendly and professional as she took my vitals. The NP came in she also was very friendly and Professional. I was pleased with her plan of action and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. When I arrived at the pharmacy my prescription was ready. My overall experience couldn’t have gone any better!!!!!! I have used their services in the past and will definitely use them in the future!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

Everything went great from scheduling the appt to seeing the NP. Will definitely schedule another appointment if need be

Theu only thing I have is..... that when on the app it asked my age you just can't type it in your age have to scroll year by year on the calender it provides so an hour later you get to it

I made an appointment and STILL had wait for 1 1/2 hours to be seen. The staff that was there was fantastic. The biggest problem was that there wells o. ONE …. ONE Nurse Practitioner on duty on a Saturday and it’s the height flu season.

Booked my appointment online at 11:00 last night after deciding I wasn’t going to beat this sinus mess. So easy! Front desk young lady was very pleasant and NP Donna was efficient and friendly. Had me out of there in 10 mins. Would definitely recommend
