I did not have an appointment but called and was told to come on. I did not have to wait as long as I thought I would and everyone was very kind, professional, and did not seem to be in a hurry to rush me in and out. I was asked several times if I had any further questions and those I did have were answered clearly and not so medically that I could not comprehend. I appreciate being talked with and not talked to.

My nurse practitioner instructed me about things I did not know and how to remedy my problem. I am feeling better today. Thanks.y

Scheduled on line but still waited 45 min in waiting room....

Pretty sure I had flu I went in to get diagnosed and get any needed meds.  Check in was smooth and the young lady was very helpful.  Everyone was very nice and helpful.  I only waited about 30 minutes.  I was helped with compassion and professionalism in a timely manner.  Overall a good experience.  I would recommend this urgent care to anyone needing medical attention.

I booked my appt for 1020. And I booked that at 715 this morning. Get there at 10 and sat until 1115 before I was brought back. I sat in the room until 1150 and finally had to leave without being seen because I have to get ready for work. I’ve had a severe migraine since yesterday and started throwing up today. I’ve never had issues with this place and I hate that today of all days it had to be like this.

Thought it pneumonia, but it was covid. Always a good place to go to, doctor there, we get along ok. Problem i have now is Walgreens has no covid antibiotics for 3 days. You can not call urgent care and speak to anyone, and now I'm too sick, only head for a bathroom, to go and get or try and get it transferred to maybe Walmart. Need further assistance. I think things are a little out of hand if u can't reach this place by phone

My stepdaughter was seen and was being swabbed and ended up puking all over herself and the nurse was super helpful with anything we needed. Definitely recommend this place!

It was my first time to any kind of urgent care. Found it to be very professional all the way through. I came in for a sore throat and left knowing my heart was in Afib. The doctor lady probably saved my life. Thanks is not enough for that kind of caring treatment.

Had sore throat swollen lymph nodes in neck, low grade fever for three day. Wait time ok. I was asking to stand on scale with no where to put my purse or cane. So I as weighted with both. NP acted bored. Second NP only going through the motions. Was in the clinic over an hour.
