Worst care I have ever had.  Provider argumentative and refused to listen.  I know my body and I know what symptoms I have and the diagnosis.  I have been in medical for 35 and don’t appreciate being talked down to!  I got no assistance and walked out!

Always enjoy Dr Mike! He is the best! No waiting and in and out in 30 minutes or so! Great staff as well!

I’ve been having allergic reactions regularly and finally decided to be seen by someone. I don’t have a PCP so figured I’d stop by here because I’ve always had great experiences and thought maybe I could get help or information on what I need to do. The lady at the desk & the nurse were great! But the doctor who saw me pretty much chalked it all up to anxiety, which I have and take medication for. Wouldn’t listen to me, and never looked at the photos of the reactions I’ve been having. I’ve loved ascension st Thomas urgent care every time I’ve gone, but I don’t know if I’ll be back after this.

It was a very good visit and I had  professional care and instructions for my care once home. I would highly recommend this over other urgent care offices.

I woke up Friday morning feeling worse than the day before. Originally I tried to get in to see my PCP but their phone system said the office was closed when I knew they were open. So I went online to book an appt with St. Thomas Urgent Care. I got the time slot zi want, walked right in and got seen right away. Everyone was friendly and professional. The technician who took my vitals was knowledgeable and friendly. The Nurse Practicianer took the time to do a thorough exam, asked me lots of questions about my symptoms, and ran a couple of tests. She diagnosed me as having an upper respiratory infection including bronchitis which I felt was accurate. They gave me a shot and called in a prescription for me and I was out and in my way in like 30 min. They are fast and efficient and I would highly recommend them. But be sure to schedule an appt online to ensure you get in. When they are booked up they have to turn away walk-ins.

Walked into clinic with sore throat, congestion, etc.  I was called back to examination room within minutes.  The staff was friendly, answered questions and did their jobs as professionals with personalized care.  Mike Johnson, NP, was thorough and knowledgeable, answering all questions I asked.  I always recommend Urgent Care to my family and friends.  Thank you for taking care of Tullahoma!

The staff was great but they couldn’t help my Mom. Sent her to the ER at Vanderbilt Harton Hospital.

Was pleased with fast friendly service until I got to dr and the flu prescription that the dr said she was prescribing wasnt even sent to the pharmacy

Can’t say enough about this place. Wonderful staff. Hands down the best place I’ve ever been.

Came in for possible respiratory infection the lungs were clear but dealing with sinus congestion I received god care by receiving a steroid shot and antibiotics and feel so much better this clinic is my go to for minor situations which keeps me from having to go to Murfreesboro were my primary care doctor is great job to all the staff I highly recommend this clinic
