I would have appreciated it if my husband could have come to the exam room with me. It helps to have a second set of ears to capture what was said.

I was a walk-in patient and was in and out of the office within an hour and a half. The provider and assisting staff spent very little time asking questions and did lots of tests to determine the problem. Interactions were to-the-point and not warm to say the least. I left with a diagnosis, prescription sent, and note for my employer but no notes from the provider about how to treat my symptoms while the antiviral does its job. I would return again, but was not impressed by the bedside manner.

I went in and they got me in right away and I was seen by the doctor right away I was in and out with in an hours time very helpful and very nice

Had broken out in hives a couple days before and absolutely needed to be seen. Was there at 9 without an appointment. The front desk staff member was amazing as was the person I was seen by. My first visit there was quite impressive.

Everything thing about this place was awesome! I will definitely drive from Tao’s to receive care from Aspen Medical Center!!!

Visit was great but I still feel I needed prednisone for 5 days and not 2 but the PA felt I was telling him what I needed even though I am the one always dealing with my body and are familiar with treatment because of my constant sinus infections. Sometimes we have to listen to the patient/client especially if it’s something familiar and we know what works because of previous treatment instead of taking an antibiotic that may not work and may cause the client to run back to an urgent care facility for further treatment and more antibiotics. I feel that is worse for both the infection and the client going through it, but besides that, the PA was great.

Jessica was immensely helpful and sought to give me whole body guidance for my needs

Had a rash behind my neck, the dr. Just saw it and said it’s excema, will prescribe a strong steroid. Went to the pharmacy the next day and was told they had never received a prescription for me.  Wouldn’t recommend this provider

The girls up front are friendly an helpful. The triage person had no bedside manner. It dosent hurt to be kind or even smile. The CNP was pretty direct did not share new protocols for COVID that would have been helpful.  CNP advised me Paxlovid is not recommended for people my age. lol made me feel old.  They did not even offer to give me a COVID text once I told them I took an at home that was expired since 2022.  I think the healthcare provider could at least be a little nicer and show the patient we are valued and validated.

Scheduled a X-ray. The X-ray machine was broken. Got referred to Presbyterian X-ray. Got the X-ray and now waiting to hear back for the follow up on how to proceed with my dislocated finger.
