I was a walk in & they were able to see me with in 40 to 45 minutes. Friendly staff & would go again if needed.

Wound up getting a giant sliver while traveling. The whole experience was great.  Scheduled the appointment online with ease, showed up to a very warm welcoming staff.  The check-in was a breeze did most of it ahead of time. The bedside manner was very much A+ they accommodated my Squamishness and mad the removal of a very painful long sliver in my foot very much bearable.  You know it was a doozy just from over hearing them talking about it.  But they numbed me up (worst part but only brief) and had it out in no time.  Prices where easily 10% than had I needed to go to the ER which because of the size I was worried they wouldn’t wan to do it and send me there.   A+++ would return.

I woke up with a very sore throat and was pleased that I could make an appointment online and be seen in a timely fashion. Tim, PA ordered the appropriate tests and once he settled on a diagnosis, ordered the prescription. Highly recommend

I have been utilizing this urgent care for myself and my 4 children since they opened in Espanola, NM. I've had many good and bad experiences but nothing like the experience I had on Sun. The nurse was not friendly but tolerable. I'm not ever one to complain. But the provider was absolutely HORRIBLE! I walked out, almost in tears, and the first thoughts in my mind was I'd rather suffer forever than see another dang Dr. My sickness is reoccurring, every year, for over 20 years. I know what helps my body and what doesn't. This provider decided to not only talk to me like I was an I coherent child, but she was rude, and had serious dislike that I have medicaid. She disliked it so much she was cussing about it.

Disappointed with care. They failed to take flu swab. Had to go to another facility to find out my child had the flu. Will not go there again.

I was very disappointed in that I had scheduled since the night before and when called by the receptionist I was asked to give my insurance and license credentials when it should have populated in the system immediately.  I was scheduled for 10:00 am only to be see around 10:30.  Doctor on call gave me at best less than 5 minutes of her time and I was given a script and spent more time waiting in the patients room.  Normally I’ve had good experiences with Aspen just not so much yesterday.  Would I go again?? Probably

Great visit. Good staff and Doc. Front staff promt service.

Came in with 32 days of bronchitis.  Exam was thorough.  Prescriptions issued.  Everyone was friendly.

I went in to get checked, having  pain on my lower abdomen. The gal at the front desk was excellent. I was really unhappy with the nurse. She had no compassion and didn’t show any mutual respect. I was pleased with the doctor, giving me my prognosis.

Walked in and was taken care in a reasonable matter. Staff was very courteous and facility was clean
