First come first served is a tricky one for the patients. You literally have to wait in line outside before they open and it’s difficult during the winter. You should let the patients take a number and wait inside instead of freezing outside until they open the doors.

I was at the clinic before they opened so I could be seen first. They opened at 8am. I wasn’t seen until 8:35. I don’t understand what took so long for me to be seen. Or any of the people sitting in the waiting room. If you open at 8, you should be able to start seeing patients shortly after. Otherwise don’t say you open so early. I had to sit in a room packed with people when I had Covid but didn’t know it yet.

Very friendly staff and easy to schedule online. Only complaint is still having to wait for whoever is in front of you even if you have an appointment. Don’t really understand the point of scheduling but overall convenient place to get care. I would recommend coming here for urgent care.

I was able to explain to CNP Chaffee my ailments and the symptoms is been having. She then had me tested for flu and covid, both negative. She then came back and gave a more thorough exam due to results being baffling to both of us. She suggested we do another test that had to be sent out to an off sight lab. Obviously she was concerned with my condition and wanted to get to bottom of things. I appreciate the extra measure to find out what is affecting me. Very happy with the provider and the service given.

The help I received was very good.  The nurse practitioner was extremely helpful.

Thank you for being open!  No other open in Santa Fe!  My wife and I have gone to you several times!  I had an infection in my gums/teeth and got a necessary antibiotics shot!  Don’t know what I would have done without it!  You are doing God’s work!  I definitely do recommend you!

A good experience, in and out within an hour.  The nurse/practitioner, Elena, was great!

Went in for flu, covid and strep testing as a walk in. Was is and and out within the hour including the time it takes to get results. Staff was fast and friendly. Prescribed me medication and I was on my way!

It took me two and a half hours to be seen and after I was tested, it took an hour to get the results when they were promised within 20 minutes
