I had previously gone to the ER in Taos and on Saturday was still experiencing extreme pain so I went to Aspen. I was seen and diagnosed within minutes and am not pain free yet but a significant amount of that pain is gone.

Worst experience ever!!!!!!! I will never go back. I will always give a bad review they did nothing for me.

I am sick with bad cough - walk in/check-in . The front desk was friendly and told her that I am deaf. She wrote me a note. Staff/ Dr (did not catch her name) were friendly and very careful to communicate with me by writing/typing on the phone.

The service i received was prompt and excellent. My exam went quickly and the attending physician knew what kind of prescription I’d need to reduce some inflammation I was experiencing and I got my flu shot and I’m very happy would recommend it to anyone in the community and I live close by .

I was a walk-in with the flu and other than the wait time being long, everything was great. Doctor was very friendly and facilities were clean and they moved as fast as they could to get to everyone in the waiting room.

Went in with epidermoid cyst on my neck. The ladies at front desk were so kind to me and the rest of patients that came in. I was very nervous. Tony was so kind and as I told him what was going on he told me, William was the doctor to help with my cyst. That it was destiny that I was here and he was working! Well that is exactly what i needed to hear. Thank you so much William! You were so kind and comforting to me. My neck feels so much better!! I am gonna go back for my follow up with William.

Was able to be seen as a walk-in on a Saturday evening for an infected ear cartilage piercing. The provider was actually the second urgent care provider I had seen that day due to my concern that the first provider (from a different practice) didn’t take my situation seriously enough. This provider was very concerned given my vitals and immunosuppressed state and helped come up with a more aggressive treatment plan that kept me out of the ER.
